Ayvalık'ın tarih kokan sokaklarında kendinizi açık hava müzesinde hissedeceksiniz.

This unique place has a style all its own with a great view of blue & green in the center of Kayalar village, located 5 min drive to spectacular Aegean beaches and restaurants, 15 min drive to Küçükkuyu and Assos. Ground floor offers living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. You can also enjoy the fireplace. First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

Ayvacık Sazlı köyünde olan, taş evimizin restorasyonu 8 yıl önce tamamlandı. Yeni dekore ettiğimiz evimizin, üst katını misafirlerimize açtık, alt katta eşim ve ben yasiyoruz. 6 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği, Midilli adaları, full dağ ve deniz manzarası ile köyümüzün güzelliklerini yaşayın. Büyük bahçesi ve doğanın tüm sesleri ve renkleri size eşlik edecek. Assos liman, tarihi Behramkale'ye yalnızca bir kaç km uzaklıktadır. Küçükkuyu´ya aracınız ile 20 dak. ulaşabilirsiniz.

Assos'ta yağ fabrikasından dönüştürülmüş stüdyo/ev

Salkım söğüt, ıhlamur ve meyve ağaçlarıyla dolu yemyeşil bahçeden çıkıp, 40 adımda, Ege Denizi, Midilli Adası, Sivrice Koyu ve muhteşem günbatımı manzarasıyla karşılaşacaksınız. Başınızı hafif sola çevirdiğinizde, Nekropolis ve tüm heybetiyle ayakta olan Batı Kapısı’nı karşınızda bulacak, Athena Tapınağı ve Aristoteles’in ders verdiği sokaklara ne kadar yakın olduğunuzu göreceksiniz.. The sea shore of the gulf of Mistegna is one of the most beautiful on the island. It merges the white pebbled beach with the turquoise colour of the Aegean sea and a small very traditional harbour. The house is situated on the beach with the sea front at its doorstep. From the balcony and patio you can admire the view of the Aegean sea and the coast line of Asia Minor.

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.
