Η εμπειρία μας στο χώρο του Δημήτρη ήταν πολύ καλή. Οργανωμένος πλήρως ο χώρος του, τακτοποιημένος, λειτουργικός και καθαρός. Πολύ κοντά σε υπέροχη θάλασσα. Ιδιωτικότητα, ασφάλεια και ησυχία. Η "συνεργασία" με τον Δημήτρη ήταν ΑΨΟΓΗ (άμεση επικοινωνία, ευγένεια, αποτελεσματικότητα). Ήταν ευχαρίστησή μας που τον γνωρίσαμε. Προτείνω το χώρο σε οποιονδήποτε επιθυμεί να κάνει τις ήρεμες διακοπές του.

Stauros is an excellent host, always responsive and friendly. The house was super clean and exactly like in the photos. The whole area is amazing, calm and quiet. The beach is 3 mins away and the tavernas around 10 mins. We enjoyed walking every night. On the way to the beach there is a supermarket and a butcher shop with fresh meat. I would definitely recommend the place and would love to come back.

Siamo stati nella splendida casa di Emmanuel per una settimana. La casa è funzionale, accogliente ed esposta in modo da godere di tramonti incredibili. Da tre delle quattro camere da letto ci si sveglia guardando direttamente il mare dalla finestra. Un sogno! Emmanuel è un host gentile e discreto. Ci ha fornito di tutte le indicazioni sulla casa e sulla zona… informazioni che sono tornate molto utili. Tutti i suoi consigli di spiagge, ristoranti e attrazioni sono stati preziosi. Un alloggio molto consigliato. Il modo migliori per visitare questa zona della Grecia. È bene avere una macchina a disposizione per spostarsi perché la casa è immersa in una splendida foresta (e quindi lontana dal frastuono dei centri abitati)

Our recent stay at Maria's apartment in Skala Fourkas was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly amenities. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the apartment's spotless condition. Its spacious layout and well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. The proximity to the local beach was a major bonus, allowing us to enjoy easy access to the sandy beach without the hassle of long commutes. The apartment's location near the village center of Skala Fourkas was another highlight. We were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions with ease. Whether it was indulging in fresh seafood at a beachfront taverna or browsing the charming boutiques, there was always something to do. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in S. Fourkas, we highly recommend Maria's apartment. It's the perfect home away from home for families seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The place is amazing, right on the beach. The house is equipped with everything needed. I highly recommend it for a great vacation. Kostas is very nice and friendly, he responded very quickly and he let us check in a bit early because we arrived earlier than expected. Everything was perfect the only small minus are the neighbours who were not that friendly and complained few times about the noice, but we were with small kids and tried to keep quiet as much as possible.

Great places to say close of the little fourkas centre by walking 10mins tops. Has lots of parking spaces also. Nice little terrace to have dinner in the evening or a few drinks after. Supermarket is literally 1min and direct beach 2min walk which was great. House has enough space for a couple and a child/teen but you would feel claustrophobic with more than that. The bathroom and shower are incredibly small (under the stairs) which is fine if you’re not too tall (under 180cm) just mind your head in the toilet. Everything else was great have nothing bad to say 5 start stay for sure. Super quiet neighbours were nice but most houses were empty so crickets is all you can hear :)

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der Außenbereich, der zwar schön gestaltet und mit den zwei Terassen auch sehr praktisch, jedoch zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes etwas zugewuchert war. Auch der Weg zum Eingang war sehr zugewachsen. Es hat unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht negativ beeinflusst. Sehr positiv fanden wir die Erreichbarkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Es fehlten Tassen und diese wurden innerhalb 1 Std vorbeigebracht. Vielen dank noch einmal dafür. Die Küche war ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet.

the house is big, clean and organised very well. we had everything we needed there. the view from the balcony is spectacular! and the there are quite beaches in walking distance or driving 5-15 minutes. there are restaurants near by but the area of the house is very quiet. we loved the place and we had a great time!!!
