The Chalet is warm and well located. In the mountains, close to town, the place is peaceful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place, I'll go back without hesitation. The landlord is welcoming and accessible.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel right at home. The small house is very comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

A beautiful place in a beautiful and quiet setting. 5 minutes to the centre of Chamonix. We were a family of four (with teenage children) and we were very comfortable. Delphine was a lovely host and quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed with Alex for 3 nights near the end of March and had a great experience. Communication was excellent, starting even before we arrived—Alex was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and full of helpful tips for places to eat and hikes to explore. He even welcomed us with a delicious shot of espresso, which was a lovely touch. The apartment was comfortable and cozy, with everything we needed. The pictures don’t do the place justice—it’s even nicer in real life. The location is ideal: quiet, surrounded by nature, overlooking the village of Samoëns with the mountains as a backdrop, and close to all the main hiking routes, which was the main reason we traveled to the region. We’d highly recommend staying with Alex and would love to come back one day—perhaps to take on one of the more challenging hikes or ski trails he recommended that we didn’t manage to try this time!

What a beautiful discovery of Samoens and its environment, thanks to this place, which Pierre Xavier has put a lot of intelligence into thinking. We came for 2 nights with a 4-year-old child who slept on the sofa bed, our host even prepared the bed before we arrived. Great! With views of Mont Blanc from the balcony. Excellent! Beautiful kitchen very well equipped with appliances, beautiful decor and even board games available just in case! It makes you want to come back

A great flat - lovely high ceilings and wooden atmosphere

spacious and very bright apartment. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the very good exposure. For a stay at the end of May, the residence was very quiet, really peaceful place, really great landscaping! We were also able to enjoy the pool and hot tub after our beautiful hikes.

Sergio and Eugenie hosted us perfectly. They offered great advice! The studio is impeccable, very clean, it has everything! Not to mention the essentials so you don't have to rush to do the shopping or the very good welcome cake😊. It is perfectly located, the ski bus right next door, the center just 5 minutes away, the ski rental store just below, the supermarket opposite... etc. We had a very nice week and would not hesitate to return🙂🙂.
