This duplex style house has beautiful wood floors, local original artwork on the walls and close to the much loved cozy Baha Ba’r restaurant (100% wood and Filipino design). The accommodation is nestled in a lush garden setting 30m from the road (no noise) and only 40 metres from the ocean with a small beach accessed by a sandy path. Ipil - Ocean views in a secluded laid back setting

The newly upgraded Ipil accommodation unit is situated on the first floor within a small wooded enclave within walking distance of restaurants and bars. On the premises there is a laid back beach resto-bar and a dive centre. Ipil is located 20m from a small sandy beach and the coastline is unspoilt. There are spectacular corals 30m offshore which are host to an interesting variety of sea life. The coastline is safe for swimming and snorkelling (need reef shoes). Amazing sunsets and views.
