The very bright apartment with 2 bedrooms, about 105 sqm, in the Villa Bachfischer overlooking the countryside offers free Wi-Fi and a balcony with table and chairs as well as a staircase to the garden. Free private parking is available and you can charge your electric car at the in-house e-gas station with 11 kW, 22 kW or 50 kW DC charging power. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the first large bedroom (double bed) has a desk with lamp, a radio alarm clock and a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The other bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 4 beds also has a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, 2 beds and air conditioning, a 65" OLED TV, a large dining table. The very large kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stovetop as well as a fully automatic coffee machine incl. milk frother, kettle and toaster as well as a table with seating. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment. The toilet is specially separated next to the bathroom.

The apartment is located in Viehhausen, a village about 15 km away from Regensburg. From here you can make a variety of excursions in the scenic surroundings: Hikes in the Labertal, boat trips on the Danube, standup paddling on the Naab, bike tours. If you feel the need for city life, you can visit the medieval city of Regensburg (UNESCO World Heritage Site). More suggestions are available on site from the hosts. The spacious flat (70 m2) is located on the ground floor with its own entrance.

Located in the quiet and idyllic village of Matting on the Danube. Many leisure activities such as hiking, biking or SUB-riding on the Danube are possible. Regensburg can easily be reached in 12 minutes by car. The apartment is on the first floor in a detached house. The terrace on the east side is ideal for breakfast with the morning sun. The terrace on the south side has an open fireplace and leads into the garden. The hosts live on the 2nd floor.

Our cozy apartment is surrounded by nature, framed by fields on the beautiful river "Naab". It has its own entrance and a nice outdoor space to relax and eat. Private parking is available. On hot days you can refresh yourself wonderfully in the Naab! From here you can take beautiful hikes, bike rides and excursions in the area. The center of Regensburg can be reached quickly by bike (6 km) and in 15 minutes by car.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.
