This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

Joe was extremely helpful, with accommodating, recommendations, and very responsive. His place felt like home, location was perfect and fast walk to mullet bay. The room was clean well equipped with all your needs. I would definitely stay here every time I visit. Thank you Joe

Amazing view and perfect location for a week on the beach and within walking distance of plenty of things to do, places to eat, etc.

Had an amazing stay! The location is perfect location, being that it’s near many restaurants and a few beaches. Definitely recommend renting a car. The place had everything we could need. Love the pools and private beach. Some of the furniture and bed sheets could be updated, but otherwise everything was great. Host was very responsive, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean & well equipped and the view was breathtaking. The surroundings were very Peaceful & quiet, the location was convenient and we received great service. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication of Jenny & Annia. I had a lovely one month stay at this very well equipped apartment in Jordan Village, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. A low key basic comfortable and spacious apartment, with all basic amenities you would need. Plus some nice complementary extras. Apartment was immaculately clean, and the pool in the apartment complex area was sooo good. Safe neighbourhood with basic shops and eateries within easy walking distance. 10-20 min walking distance to Mullet and Cupecoy beaches, and easy driving to all beaches on the island; 10 min drive to Maho Village and Princess Juliana International Airport. Very hospitable and responsive host, Vishal facilitated a comfortable first rate experience. I hope to rent from Vishal again for even longer stays in this lovely place in the future.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Great spot! Safe, friendly people. We liked the pool option too. The rooftop is extra special at sunset if you come back from the beach early; also a quiet place to read. Certainly a fabulous location for bakery, cafes, restaurants, groceries and exquisite beaches. Super convenient & walkable. Good parking too. Shelly was warm, helpful and replied quickly before & during our trip.

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

Delightful condo in a small gated community with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Easy access to all that Simpson Bay has to offer. The small pool a few feet from the unit is perfect after returning from the beach. Bill is an excellent host & Theresa a very efficient manager made everything easy. Blue Pelican exceeded our expectations!

I celebrated my birthday with friends at Lesley’s place and we absolutely loved it. Lesley and the staff we interacted with were responsive and welcoming. If you stay at this location, you won’t regret it!

very nice neighborhood, good bars, good food, Cupecoy and Mullet beaches nearby. Very nice and friendly residents in the building.

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

Sergei's property was wonderful! every spacious and truly had everything I needed to make my family's stay easy and comfortable.

Liron s place is a fantastic, quiet apartment with beautiful views over a golf course and a lagoon. The apartment has more than you will ever need and in fact has more amenities than listed such as reading lamps (which I needed for working) and many beach towels etc. TV, internet etc work perfectly. We had an excellent stay and I could not recommend this apartment more highly. Also Liron and Karolina have very positive energy.
