Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe

Wij hebben tijdens ons jaarlijkse vriendenweekend een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad in deze vakantiewoning. De woning ligt in een mooie en rustige omgeving, zag er vanbinnen ontzettend schoon en netjes uit en was ruim! Een perfecte woning voor een wat grotere groep personen. De keuken was voorzien van ruime hoeveelheden glazen, borden en bestek, wat fijn is. Door de meerdere badkamers is er, naast dat je in deze woning met veel personen kunt overnachten, ook sprake van privacy. De bedden lagen comfortabel en het beddengoed was brandschoon en wit. Het contact met de host en zijn vrouw verliep gemakkelijk en vriendelijk, de instructies waren duidelijk en helder. Een hele fijne woning die van alle gemakken voorzien is! Een van de mooiste woningen waar wij ons vriendenweekend hebben mogen vieren, zeker een aanrader! 🌞

Anne & Jan si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili e amichevoli fin dal primo momento. Hanno dato preziosi consigli e sono stati così gentili da far trovare una fantastica birra gueuze come omaggio di benvenuto. La casa è accogliente e molto ben organizzata e si trova in una magnifica posizione, un'oasi di tranquillità e quiete. Il bellissimo giardino sul retro è rivolto a ovest ed è possibile ammirare il tramonto stando comodante seduti a rilassarsi sul tavolo esterno. I campi verdi smeraldo che circondano il quartiere sono fantastici. Il bagno è ordinato e la doccia è magnifica, così come in cucina non manca nulla, nemmeno le cialde del caffè. Soggiorno perfetto con host estremamente accoglienti! Da ritornare presto!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons au Cottage. Catherine est une hôte prévenante, assurément gentille et disponible. La maison est sublime et sentait bon la lavande à notre arrivée... L'environnement est très agréable , calme, propice à la relaxation avec une vue imprenable sur les champs où des animaux se promènent. Nous reviendrons une 3 ème fois 🥰

Logement très spacieux pour 6 à 10 personnes (équivalent de 5 lits double). Mention spéciale à la pièce de vie très confortable et l'énorme télévision avec enceinte bluetooth. Ann-Charlotte a été accueillante et nous a même offert le petit dej le premier jour. Juste savoir que les hôtes vivent à côté donc il faut passer par leur couloir et le jardin commun pour entrer/sortir (mais la maison airbnb en elle-même est bien privée). Bien desservi en tram et en bus, il faut environ 20 minutes pour aller au centre.

Maryam is a fantastic host. She checked in with us each day to see if we needed anything. She provided laundry service, gave us recommendations for local shopping and purchased an extra fan for our use while we were there. I highly recommend staying with her.

Lovely town house. Very comfortable and homely. Booked a last minute 2 night stay here and would highly recommend it. Secure car parking and easy tram ride into centre. Comfy beds and hot shower. Full kitchen to cook in. Great!

Wij verbeleven als gezin met twee volwassen kinderen en een hond 3 nachten in het huis van Elke. Het is een fijn huis, echt schoon en alles klopt met de foto's en de beschrijving. Het huis is mooi en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is veel info over de omgeving aanwezig en er zijn een paar leuke spelletjes omet elkaar te doen. De plek is handig om Brussel en Gent te bezoeken. Elke is vriendelijk en reageert snel. Ik zou dit huis aanbevelen.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the very beginning Tanguy was super helpful and responsive. We were able to check in early, and he took the time to show us around the apartment and give us local recommendations. There were thoughtful treats stocked throughout the house as well. The area was gorgeous. Tanguy kept telling us it was home and it truly felt that way. We will definitely be back!

C’était super, court mais un appartement très cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment un élément en plus. De plus, notre hôte a été super chaleureuse (même la décoration) et très disponible

I had a wonderful stay at Said’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Said was a responsive and helpful host, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was one on the best stays Ive experienced. The views are beautiful and the amenities are perfect if you don’t want to eat all meals out while traveling. The location is in the Grand-Place & just a 5 min walk to 2 major train stations. Any time we had problems arise with our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and immediately resolved our issues. I can’t recommend enough!

Bernadette était très accueillante, et très claire pour les instructions ainsi que très rapide pour répondre à d’éventuelles questions. Le logement est super, spacieux et bien aménagé ! C’est un logement idéal pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent visiter Bruxelles tout en aillant un coin calme pour se reposer le soir.

This is an oasis (no noise) in the center of Brussels. After a busy day it is lovely to come home to a loft style apartment with lots of light and a lovely garden courtyard. The owners live one floor above but we felt totally independent yet if we needed anything they were right there. You can prepare simple meals and get groceries from Polish, Portuguese to Lebanese to Asian to name a few and of course organic in walking distance. The neighbourhood has many known cafes and restaurants. We have very much enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

Excellent séjour chez Thomas. L’appartement est bien placé avec tous les commerces à proximité, dans un quartier sympa, proche de la gare du midi à pied. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux et dispose de tout le confort et de tous les équipements. Il est cosy et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Mention spéciale à la cour dont nous avons bien profité durant notre séjour. Enfin, Thomas est un hôte très sympathique et réactif qui nous est venu nous accueillir en personne. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et n’hésiterai à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Bruxelles!

Einfach nur wow! Diese Unterkunft in Brüssel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Super zentrale Lage, stilvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Bett war extrem bequem, und die kleine Terrasse war perfekt für einen Kaffee am Morgen. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Komfort und Charme in Brüssel suchen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Only bummer was that we were not able to use the laundry in the unit. There was a self serve laundromat not far.

Schönes Apartement, gut geeignet für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern. Wichtig zu wissen ist - wenn man hier eher empfindlich ist - dass es im Bad lediglich eine Schiebetür gibt.

Appartement für zwei mit eigenem Charme. Man wohnt in einem umgebauten Ladenlokal. Alles geräumig. Trotz der Straßenlage und Einscheibenverglasung ist es sehr ruhig. Rolladen sorgen für eine gute Verdunklung. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Man hat kurze Wege zur U-Bahn und ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Zwei ansprechende Lokale im Umfeld. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Séjour parfait chez BOB. Mini problème pour le check in mais BOB est très arrangeant et est venu nous déposer les clés là ou il fallait. Peut etre qu'une boite à clé serait le top pour rendre le séjour PARFAIT. On retournera chez BOB !

Beautiful place, high ceilings, classical architecture, but with a modern interior. Hard to be in a better location, a block away from the Grand Place, but out of the path of tourists. Centraal station is super close, so it is easy to come from and go to the airport. Host responded very quickly to any request and let us drop our luggage way before check-in time.
