Schön eingerichtete Wohnung in Gailingen am Hochrhein Die Wohnung befindet sich im UG eines Einfamilienhauses. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. An den Rhein sind es 10-15 min zu Fuß Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Wohnung Busanbindung in ca 150m Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet. Unser Haus ist fertig. Aber ab und zu kann es Baulärm geben. (Anliegende Häuser) Außenanlage ist noch nicht fertiggestellt und wird im Sommer / Herbst 2019 nach und nach angelegt.

Unsere Unterkunft ist optimal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Ein guter Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge, auch in die benachbarte Schweiz und Österreich. Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Viele schöne Ausflugsziele wie die Altstadt von Stein am Rhein (CH) & Burg Hohenklingen, die Insel Werd, der Rheinfall Schaffhausen (CH) oder der Wild- und Freizeitpark Allensbach etc. befinden sich in der Nähe.

Our newly renovated apartment with a big flower garden is located in a quiet and nice residential area of Engen. You have a romantic view of the historic center. Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.

Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance.
