Quiet, located in Bouc Bel Air, at the end of a cul-de-sac, independent house on the ground floor of 30 m² is adjoining a Provencal villa where we live. Independent entrance with views of wooded garden and shared pool (11 x 6 m) not safe for children, closed bedroom, living/dining room with TV, equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet. 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille. 8 minutes by car, Arena room in the Pays d 'Aix. The car is recommended, parking is guaranteed, bus stop 3 minutes on foot.

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. Given the small surface area, it is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets and towels provided as well as basic products (condiments, coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
