My stay with Tricia and Vince was exactly what I’d hoped for — and their hospitality and friendliness was sincere and certainly appreciated. They welcomed me to eat my dinner at their dining room table, shared some homemade ice cream (!), and made sure I had what I needed for a quiet, restful night in their basement suite with private bedroom/bathroom. My arrival and departure allowed me to walk through and see a bit of their lovely neighborhood as I commuted to/from downtown DC. Very glad I found them!

The location was convenient for my purposes. I was attending a conference at the College Park Marriott. What you get is a bedroom in a residential house. The bedrooms are on the second floor. The bedroom I rented had its own private bathroom, which is the ideal arrangement. Everything was clean. The furniture, light fixtures were all in good order. Bed was comfortable. The host let me use one of her parking passes, which made parking painless.

The location was convenient, you can do all the shopping and dining within walking distance the apartment was clean and quaint with everything you could need to feel homely and comfortable definitely worth the stay I would recommend getting having Dan as your host for sure!!!
