A cozy family house

This is an old traditional place - the house of my grandparents. We renovated it with great care & love some years ago. It is found in a beautiful pedestrian neiborghhood, near a typical ancient cycladean church. It combines uniquelly the peaceful environment with the effortless (10' on foot) access to the island's most central spot. The house's spacious (40 sm) veranda has a wonderful view to the surrounding green hills and picturesque houses. Ideal for families w/ 1-2 children or couple/s!

Melianthos Villas - Kypseli

The Kipseli residence has been designed with special attention to functionality and aesthetics. The bedroom features a large double bed, while the living room with its modern furnishing is a place where you can relax and enjoy the sea view. It has two bathrooms, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The living room can be converted into a fully functional second bedroom with two regular single beds. It also features a kitchenette and private shaded verandas.

Our picturesque, renovated house is located right in the center of "Artemonas", one of the most beautiful villages of Sifnos. It is a one floor house and has a large common area that includes a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the terrace, visitors can see a panoramic view of the traditional village of Artemonas, especially at sunset. It has all the comforts for pleasant vacations.
