We only stayed one night but Assad was helpful and communicative. The flat is spacious and well appointed but could do with a bit of TLC. The views are amazing and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect for us, close to downtown and the sea. There is a shop close by should you need it. Uncle Hassan (the caretaker) was very sweet and helpful. All in all we had a great stay and would stay again.

The room features a spacious bed with light bedding and a plush red throw. A ceiling fan is mounted overhead, and soft lighting illuminates the space. A large wardrobe stands against one wall, while cotton rugs add comfort underfoot.

New place to stay

Surf paradise

I love the scene of the beach and the sound of the waves while I stayed. It was very cozy and homey and private beach access only. It was very close to local restaurants and groceries with amazing food that Mohamed recommended. Wonderful services and beautiful place! He also provided nice transportation for easy access to anywhere. Mohamed was very kind and respectful and caring. I loved and really enjoyed my stay here. I really recommend to stay there! Next time I plan to stay longer most definitely!

Amazing place & great host, the appartment was very clean and organized, all the ameneties were there and the appartment looked exacly as described and shown in the pictures, the location was great as it was very close to the sea, it had easy access to transportation and it had shops for everything in the surrounding area, The host (Osman) was genuinely one of the nicest people I've met in Alexandria, he was very helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall it's one of the best appartments I've stayed in and I would defenitely recommend booking it during your trip to Alexandria.

It's the big flat in the gorgous environ Maamura near the sea. There are magnificent beach near and some good cafe. The flat had everything we need including enthernet and the heaters for the winter time. There are a lot of rooms and places for for sleeping, and additional we have made a perfect workplace for the computers. The flat has a nice yard for rest and conversation. We think it is the best place for live and work

Mr Mohamer is a good communicator abd very responsive. the appartment has a very good location near to any publuc transportation the building main door is so hard to open. if you come back to the building late (after 11pm) you will find it hard to open with the keys you have but he has promised to change the keys soon also the washer is manual which is hard to wash your cloths yourself but overall a good quality verses price

Karim was very responsive during the lead up to my stay and the apartment was really nice. It offers a great view and a cool sea breeze all day long. The apartment is very spacious that could fit a large family easily. The furniture is good but the appliances were a little old. Karim promised a renovation so that my next stay will be even more enjoyable. The area is busy during summer but this is good because there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to go to. Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment mit Meerblick und Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund, der Strand ist nur paar Minuten entfernt und sehr schön. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. außerdem ist es sehr Ruhig und man kann richtig Abschalten und gut Entspannen. Die küche könnte ist ein bisschen Verbesserungs würdig aber sonst ein sehr schönes Apartment. sehr empfehlenswert
