Vacation rentals with beach access in Si Racha

this was a gem, amazing view and really nice facilities. host was very responsive and it was easy to checkin and out. very peaceful area and the most amazing views from the balcony or bedroom. perfect for solo or a couple. pool and gym were both really nice and price was very good, I will book here for sure again.

I enjoyed my time at this place, everything you need is there and the view is amazing, and Billy was very helpful and provided me with what I needed and more, thanks Billy for everything and I will come back to stay at your place again.

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Conveniently located, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The guards are also very friendly and helped me check in. The decoration in the house is simple and beautiful, the house is well maintained and clean. There is no problem with the use of anything in the house. I'd like to stay again next time.

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The assistant is also very cute and kind, the instructions and introductions are very complete, and the housekeeper and host respond very quickly. Everyone was very satisfied with this accommodation, Clean, everything is at a glance, a lot of small details are thoughtful Everyone says they'll come back next time.

The villa is very good value for money.In all the villas I've stayed in in Pattaya, this price is really good for a villa that is so close to the beach and Jomtien Night Market. Highly recommended.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Booked 30 minutes before checking in due to other reservation falling through and Lynn was very helpful and quick to respond. Nice place in a good location. Good choice

Very good Villa and good services

Clean and cozy house.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a small pool with a slide, barbecue, dishes, billiards, karaoke, for our group of 10 people, it was spacious, everyone found things to do, several areas for photos, clean linen, towels, everything is very cozy, easy to check in, just as easily checked out. The property is more suitable for private parties or if you are driving, it is located in a villa where there are several typical villas. Everything is very comfortable, we really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Sirithorn’s apartment was great! Quite spacious and very tidy, all the amenities you could ask for in a quiet, clean building, a little oasis out of the city. Just a couple of minutes walk to stores and great cafes/restaurants and a stones throw to the beach and the bars and restaurants there. Sirithorn was a great host and we'd certainly stay here again on our next trip to Bang Saen.

Specifically needed a work desk and chair for my stay so this place stood out but regardless of that its a beautiful, clean apartment in a great location. The apartment is faultless and had everything I needed. The building has excellent facilities and the location is perfect, quiet but close to all the facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠
