Place is not huge, but perfect for 1 person or couple. Host very responsive as I needed to use the safe and lost my card Very accommodating

Richard was my host and the listing absolutely matched the description. it's 3-4 minutes walk away from 7/11. There are massage centres and eateries right outside the apartment. the apartment itself is very beautiful with a very beautiful swimming pool, and gym. it has a sauna too which I didn't even see. would like to come back... Really fantastic place with a stunning view. Restaurants are 5 minute walking distance once you get to the lobby, great ammnieites with the gym and pool and Mat is really responsive. Great host and nicely decorated place.

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

Upon reaching the unit, I was pleasantly surprised by its exceptional cleanliness and spaciousness. The comfortable bed and jacuzzi tub, along with the double vanity and separate toilet, created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The ample space allowed for easy movement and enjoyment of the picturesque view. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. Its tranquil ambiance, reminiscent of a retirement community, contributed to its highly relaxing nature. The host’s exceptional friendliness and accommodating nature were evident in their assistance with directions and ensuring that all instructions were promptly communicated. Their responsiveness and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly consider returning in the future.

Well appointed unit in a great building. Host has an office in the building, so she is easily accessible and always responsive if needed. I have stayed in this building many times and would definitely consider this unit again.

Tilava ja siisti huone. Sänky oli mukava ja tyynyjä tarpeeksi :) Kylpyhuoneessa oli riittävästi naulakoita ja tasotilaa saniteettitarvikkeille. Parveke oli erinomainen ja tilava. Kaikki toimi hienosti ja allasalue oli todella kiva paikka. Rannallekin pääsi vain ylittämällä tie. Suosittelen kaikille!

Jula was an amazing host extremely accommodating and very kind. She responded quickly to all my questions. Julas place was beautifully kept. It is an older building but the place was very clean and lots of space. There's a huge balcony, it was very quiet and lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again.
