L'arrivé était flexible et l’hôte était très réactif , logement très propre et bien entretenu. À quelques pas seulement des bars, restaurants et de l'animation du centre-ville. Parfait pour profiter pleinement de la ville sans avoir besoin de voiture. Je recommande vivement !

I cannot recommend this place enough. It is so spacious, has the most comfiest bed, beautiful view from the balcony, underground parking and a wonderful host. The location is brilliant with a supermarket literally at the bottom of the apartment, plenty of restaurants and bars near by as well as bakeries. Perfect location to get in and out of town by car too. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you come to Shkoder

We had to book this apartment last minute and Besnik was super quick and responded within minutes to our request. He met us outside the apartment and the check in experience was fast and easy even though it was late at night. The balcony is so cozy and has such a cute view! Definitely recommend, especially if you're a group of 4-6 people, since the place is very spacious.

Great place to stay in Shkoder! Great location and Rezi is extremely responsive. Would come back again!

Edvana's place made my stay in Shkodër very comfortable. She was incredibly responsive and hospitable. The house was clean and I especially enjoyed hearing the Adhan from the balcony just after sunset. I recommend Edvana's place especially if you plan day trips to either the city, lake, or mountains!

L’appartement de Brixhilda est très agréable : très lumineux, très propre, avec une literie hyper confortable. Tous les commerces sont à côté. Brixhilda a tout fait pour nous aider, avant et pendant le voyage. Elle a toujours été très réactive et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons à 100%, notre séjour était parfait !

Perfect perfect perfect location! My most favorite place in this town, and I’ve been here a LOT! It’s at the heart of the city, has a great view in the balcony, two big spacious rooms, everything you need and most importantly: very friendly and responsive host, very understanding of our circumstances and always available. Can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re a couple, a family or a single traveller, you’ll feel safe and at home here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Heribert’s apartment was lovely, very bright and spacious. It was very clean and comfortable and looked like the photos. The area was fab, very close to town but quiet at night. Shkoder is a great place and the photography museum is well worth a visit. Would recommend Puris and La Baraca bar and grill as affordable places with lovely food.

We enjoyed our stay with Barbara, very clean, quiet place very close to the city center and bus stations. A lot of space and comfortable bed. Thanks a lot! :)

Harika bir konaklama geçirdik. 5 kişi için rahatlıkla kalınabilecek bir yer. Ev içerisinde ihtiyacımız olan her şey fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Buluşma saatleri konusundaki esnekliği ve bölgedeki yerler konusundaki yardımları için çok teşekkür ederiz

We felt right at home and were so thankful for the kind and helpful communication with the son Real. The check-in was easy and Reals father already awaited us on the street. We tried the recommendations that Real kindly send to us and enjoyed our short trip to Shkodrë! We can definitely recommend a stay there ✨ Thank you so much!

Abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento di Ari per qualche giorno ed è stato tutto perfetto. Lo consiglio a chi deve stare per qualche giorno a Scutari e vuole rimanere in centro. L’appartamento non ha la cucina come in descrizione ma non vi servirà perché sarete a pochi metri da tutti i migliori ristoranti di cucina tradizionale albanese e vi costerà meno che cucinare a casa. Ari é un host fantastico sempre pro attivo e gentilissimo. Grazie ancora :)

prachtig verblijf gelegen op een paar minuten loopafstand van het centrum waar je veel restaurants en cafeetjes heb. parkeren konden we makkelijk met een privé parkeerplaats voor slechts een paar euro per dag. Het appartement was zeer schoon en ruim met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De host reageerde snel en was altijd zeer vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader en voor de volgende keer komen wij zeker terug!!

Our stay at Leticja’s place was lovely. It was in a great location; walkable to the city centre. The place was clean and as described. Leticja was a friendly and communicative host. Her instructions were clear and she was very responsive to any questions we had. Her local recommendations were also fantastic!! Thank you Leticja for hosting us 🙂

Ergins place was so clean, spacious, at a great location, and with free parking! This area does not have parking so having a place to park is a huge plus. We checked out a lot of the restaurants, bakeries and cafes - they were all so good. We hope to return to Shkoder and book with Ergin again!

Wij waren erg tevreden over het appartement. Het is zeer ruim en heeft goede voorzieningen (en een jacuzzi)! Het appartement was schoon en lag op loopafstand van restaurants.

Хозяйка Весна очень душевно нас приняла! Дом очень комфортный, чистый и наполнен всем необходимым. В холодильнике нас ждали подарки, а также иногда по утрам нас угощали свежесрезаным инжиром. Раз в 2 дня у нас убирались, что было неожиданно и очень приятно. В доме 3 комнаты, 2 с/у, большой зал, большой балкон. Нас было 6 человек и всем было очень удобно и просторно в доме. Также в распоряжении была куча полотенец, которыми можно было пользоваться дома. (Так что можете брать полотенца только для пляжа.) Балкон и вид с него- просто вау! Каждый наш завтрак был с прекрасным видом на море. Один из нас заболел и Весна принесла градусник и таблетки, хоть это и было поздно ночью. Потом очень заботилась и спрашивала о больном. Когда начался шторм, а нас не было дома, хозяйка зашла и убрала все наши вещи, которые мы повесили сушиться, чтобы они не намокли. Рядом с домой всегда есть свободный, бесплатный паркинг. Это большой плюс, потому что паркинг- это реальная проблема в Черногории. 10 минутах от дома есть 3 пляжа (и песок, и камень), супермаркет, рынок и главная улица. Мы настолько в восторге и от дома и от Весны, что теперь если приедем в Ульцин, то обязательно в этот дом! Это очень крутое место. Советуем всем! Благодарим Весну от всей души! От Гоши, Ани, Никиты, Вани, Насти и Артёма! We were hosted very sincerely! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm began and we weren't at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! Lep stan , prijatan za odmor, konacno smo se naspavali i odmorili. Iako je bilo 35C par dana za redom u stanu je bilo prijatno i uvece smo spavali bez klime. Restoran je u prizemlju zgrade, sa ok cenama, a velika prodavnica i pekara su u blizini oko 5 min hoda. Do plaze mora da se ide kolima, ali je blizu. Mesta za parking uvek ima ispred ulaza.Bazen je veliki i bez guzve sa dostupnim lezaljkama. Stan je potpuno nov pa su u kuhinji nedostajale neke sitne stvari koje ipak znace u spremanju dorucka ili lagane vecere. Takodje mislim i da broj stolica u kuhinji nije adekvatan s obzirom da je stan za 4 odrasle osobe.Domacini su bili jako ljubazni u svakom smislu i rado cemo doci ponovo ukoliko budemo dolazili u Ulcinj.Sve u svemu ostalo je jos samo par sitnih stvari do savrsenog stana i to ce se sigurno vremenom srediti.

We really enjoyed our stay the apartment is beautiful, great views to the lake, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, huge tv in the living room and very comfortable. There is a Spar supermarket down stairs also cafes. The main old town centre is a 20 minute walk or an 8 minute drive. There is parking at the rear of the building. The apartment was a great base for or 5 night stay easy to get on to the bypass for sights outside town. We would recommend trying the restaurants across the river along the lake shore. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Kolorado and your mum and dad for the hospitality.

Ameljeta apt was well clean, furnished and has everything gust needs. The only draw back is the difficulty to get to the apt otherwise the host friendly and the apt is well equipped and clean.

The place is pretty easy to find since it is in google maps. The host was always very kind. He told us where to park, showed us the apartment and recommended us some places where we could go to. The apartment was clean and pretty close to the centre. the only problem we had was with the bathroom. it could use a deep cleaning. but it served it purpose and we had a good time! ☺️
