A cosy apartment in a lovely small house with perfect location at the heart of the town and amazing view to the historical Gurko street houses, having all what a town visitor or a business traveler may need. The house is on a quiet street in the town center just a few minute walk from the main town street, the historical Gurko Street, the traditional craft street Samovodska Charshija and many other places of interest. Restaurants, cafes and nightlife are within a very short walking distance.

The entrance of the Balkan Tower building is showcased with a modern facade. Steps lead up to the glass doors, which are framed by large windows on either side. The name 'БАЛКАН ТАУЪР' is prominently displayed above the entrance.

Authentic House with Mountain View – Karashka

This is a beautiful old house which has evidently been lovingly restored by Maya and Kalin with some delightful features. It is in a quiet rural location with lovely views of the mountains. The property is spacious and well-equipped and there is a large garden. Be aware that the road to the property (1km from the main road) is in a very poor state which our small hire car found challenging in places. We enjoyed seeing a visiting hare and a red deer and listening to the grasshoppers and birds. There are local walks and Kalin was very helpful in suggesting places we could explore in the neighbourhood.

This was our second visit at the place. The view is all you need. At the end of the village, no other noise except birds. A place for real relaxation. Keith was really friendly and had smooth check in and out.

A modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave. Light wood cabinetry contrasts with the dark countertops. A floor mat is placed near the stovetop, and natural light brightens the space through a nearby window.

Beautiful stay. Cozy apartment, well located for exploring the surroundings, fully equipped, kitchen included. Our dog has been well accepted. Very available host, very recommended.

I must leave a good review for this guesthouse. The host was very patient with us and flexible with check-in. The room had a particularly beautiful view from the window, was fully equipped with everything we needed, and was aesthetically pleasing. It made our Rose Festival experience complete and wonderful!🫰🥹

Radka was very welcoming and responsive. The place was amazing, clean, very well maintained. Very peaceful place with beautiful view. You have all the utilities and amenities in the house that you need during your stay. Overall, worth the money and meets the expectations and what you see on the pictures.
