Тетяна виявилась дуже приємною та чуйною - швидкі відповіді, чіткі вказівки, прємна комунікація! Нас зустріли у домовлений час та провели в апартаменти. Локація чудова, відносно тихо, але також близько до метро, продуктового магазину та укриття. Щодо апартаментів - дуже симпатичні, проте хочу зауважити - по фото я не одразу зрозуміла, що душова кабіна знаходиться на кухні. Якщо для вас це проблема - варто звернути на це увагу, але я цілком розумію таке рішення, враховуючи розмір квартири. На противагу - апартаменти були чистими та охайними, все потрібне (вай-фай, праска, дошка, рушнички і т.д). Ліжко м'ягеньке, комфортне для сну. Душова чиста та простора, гаряча вода і хороший напір. Затишний маленький балкончик і багато світла завдяки великим вікнам та відсутності будинків одразу навпроти. Я вважаю, що вартість цілком виправдана враховуючи локацію та загальний стан квартири. Чудово підійде для перебування пари або одного подорожуючого. Рекомендую! :)

Приємна людина, швидко виходить на звʼязок, що потрібно підкаже, допоможе, оренда в хорошому районі. Рекомендую!

This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

Комфортна квартира в центрі Подолу. Хост швидко відповідає і допоможе. Єдине що немає пральної машини, але хост допомагає з пранням. Дякую!

Максимально задоволений перебування в даному помешканні ,все сподобалось та було на найвищому рівні ,раджу залишатись, дуже максимальний комфорт у всіх сенсах

Дуже задоволені проживанням в цій квартирі. Перебували 5 днів в Києві, зручне розташування. Квартира дуже чиста, в наявності були всі описані зручності. Є посудомийка, пральна машинка і фен. Господар запропонував заїхати на кілька годин швидше, тому що квартира була вільною - це приємно.

I had the pleasure of staying at Viktor’s property before the hostilities began and have always held it in the highest regard. Since my last visit, he has maintained the place impeccably. The location is ideal, and the interior is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The sauna and Jacuzzi are truly exceptional features that add a luxurious touch. Затишні апартаменти в самому центрі Києва. Прекрасний вид з вікна! Чисто, охайно. Господиня люб'язно допоможе з будь-якими питаннями.

Beautiful, cozy, apartment with everything you need. Located right in the heart of Kyiv with a terrace that overlooks it all. Just a few blocks off the Maidan, close to the metro, surrounded by shops & restaurants. Definitely felt safe walking around. Host was always very responsive.

Great Apartment for Kyiv. Amenities offered worked. Host may be more responsive off the Airbnb platform. But Host was responsive enough on Airbnb under the conditions. Apartment is well-maintained and clean in a very central location. Furniture is well-maintained.
