Located in the heart of historic Pass-a-Grille steps away from the Gulf beach. Live music, marine wildlife and beach combing abound! The colors of the sunsets don't even look real, but they are...they are amazing. PAG is mostly a quiet little historic town reminiscent of early Florida. For big savings, skip renting a car and just Uber from airport and use free ride or Uber to get around and Instacart to deliver groceries. It does get busy on weekends and holidays and parking can be tight.

Bayfront Beach access with Heated Pool!

3 couples Spent 9 days of pure relaxation in this charming beach home with the best homey beach vibes and decor. The home is bright and Sunny with a private backyard that looks straight through the garage port to the beautiful ocean waters right from the pool when the garage door is open. The whole front of the house has a beautiful view. Great for sitting out on the deck and people watching . We could even see dolphins out there swimming from the house. All kinds of thoughtful personal touches and amenities were taken into consideration when thinking of guests and their vacation needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again in the future. We felt right at home.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and comfortable condo in beautiful Tierra Verde. Beach is a driving distance but beautiful with white sand and clear water. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed watching for manatee at the dock. I would absolutely return!

The stay is perfect for a single traveler or couple. Parking can be tricky but Janie and Wayne are responsive in getting your vehicle registered and letting you know where to park. The place was clean, free of sand, the AC unit really kicks well and thank goodness! It made a huge difference in a bearable stay and relaxing time. I cooked every day, Janie and Wayne provided all utensils needed. I am PICKY on mattresses, but this wasn't a problem as the bed provided was comfortable & I was able to sleep through the night. It was easy to make this spot a home away from home. Bars and restaurants are conveniently located right below! And the beach is across the street. I would definitely stay here again if I revisited the area!

Island Oasis: Heated Pool near the Best Beaches!

This was our 2nd time staying at Aleksandra and Sasha’s home in Tierra Verde. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and were able to go on long walks. The beaches were 5-10 minute car ride away. The house is very clean. The kitchen is a welcoming area that brings everyone together, with a large island. The beds are comfortable. The tv’s are large and all worked great. The lanai/pool is wonderfully shaded in the afternoon by tall pine trees, with comfortable chaise loungers. There are 2 really good bikes that we used daily. Some beach chairs and other swim toys. We found a new pizza place very close to the house called Circo Italian Kitchen. Delicious!

Fabulous! 👌 This place makes for the PERFECT beach vacation. Beach toys provided are over-the-top, including a Sun Ninja for much needed shade, wagon, chairs, towels, etc. This stretch of beach is just gorgeous and covered in shells. Yes, it is surrounded by condos, but they are actually nice looking and you can see the sea from two different vantage points from the house. There is a convenient café and a beach bar in the hotel next door to the south. 5min drive to all the shops and restaurants in John's Pass. Host was very responsive, though we didn't need her much as the house has pretty much everything you would possibly need, including a Ninja juicer, cocktail supplies and more! 10/10
