Old room of a hotel closed in 2018. No kitchen but fridge,microwave, hob and kettle available. comfortable bedding, beautiful mountain view. owner sleeps in a room next door. Good heating and bathroom in used carpet, the place has lived but it feels good. dog accepted, easy parking and shops in the immediate vicinity.

We couldn’t be more satisfied from this experience! The apartment is like a cosy nest in the woods, with a beautiful mountain view terrace. You will find everything you need for a short or longer stay and if not, the guys are really ready to help you out! We also received excellent advice about trekking locations and restaurants. Loved our stay. The apartment is sumptuous not to mention the magnificent view. Everything was very clean. We were surprised to hear the neighborhood a lot (baby crying) and the passage of cars but the quality of the apartment quickly makes you forget!

The owners are very responsive and available. The apartment is spacious with a nice modern shower. clean linens are sealed in plastic bags. On the other hand, there are no blackout curtains on the ground floor and you have to park the car a few minutes' walk away. Fortunately, the owner was present to help us close the door.

hello We came to this accommodation for the second time, no surprise. Our host is very discreet and available. Great location without being in the city center. Very clean accommodation, the only drawback is no bathroom, the shower is in the kitchen. No street noise and a fenced garden for the joy of my 2 dogs. Thank you for everything.

Great location by the Pleney lift that also has the bus stop which we used alot to take us to the prodains lift (up to avoriaz) Bed is comfy, fully equipped kitchen, great communication with host. There is a bar directly below which is great. It is however quite loud, but it quietened down early enough for us to get to sleep. Good value for money, we stayed 3 nights.

We had a fantastic stay with Pierre. Pierre had organised for his good friend Patrice to meet us in Avoriaz as he was away at the time. Unfortunately we had a small amount of trouble accessing the property, were unable to locate the key! Patrice and Pierre were very helpful, both proactive and responsive. They came to a great solution and Pierre very kindly provided us a partial refund for our difficulties and time spent. I would definitely recommend Pierre, he made unanticipated problems smooth to sort out and communicated very well. I would return to stay at his property! ☺️

We had a great time at Rachel’s place - fantastic location with great views, along with everything you could need for a short stay. Nothing beats enjoying a nice dinner with a view on the terrace after a long day in the mountains! Rachel was also very responsive and made our stay fuss-free. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation on the heights of Biot. Cozy and functional, the terrace is a real pleasure in the morning when you wake up. With trust, each tenant is responsible for the cleaning and cleaning for the following, practical as it limits the costs for each. Check-in is very easy thanks to the keys available in self-service. Recommended.

Very good location, at the foot of Lake LEMAN, you really have everything nearby, the accommodation is excellent. Very well equipped, the beds very comfortable, you just have to park your vehicle and enjoy all the activities of this pretty city. Thanks to Morgan for hosting us and for being available.

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
