très beau gîte avec vue sur le Mont blanc. Nous avons passé de belles vacances reposantes et au calme. Possibilité de faire des balades au col du Cliergeon juste au dessus.

Éric est un hôte attentionné et cette petite maison au calme est parfaite pour découvrir les merveilles autour du lac d’Annecy !

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Wir kamen rein und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die nette Einrichtung, der schöne Innenhof und der tolle Pool haben uns verzaubert. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Besonders cool ist der Grill, den man sogar an regnerischen Tagen unter dem überdachten Bereich des Hofes nutzen kann. Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und toll entspannen in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. In der Umgebung kann man vielen verschiedene Aktivitäten nachgehen und die tolle Natur genießen. Auch Abendspaziergänge kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub! WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

La maison est très agréable à vivre, parfaitement équipée et idéalement située. On ne lasse pas de la terrasse et de la magnifique vue sur le lac. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps !

Séjour parfait, l’appartement, l’emplacement nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, tout est organisé pour que nous soyons bien !

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

Beautiful place in very peaceful village, but close to Annecy, lake, even Geneve. Very easy to find and possible to park car just few meters from the door. We came with dogs and they were welcomed. Few grocery stores are very close, walking distance and opened on sunday. Hippolyte answered every question in short time. We loved this place.

Charming French country home. A distance from Old Annecy, but still walkable (20 minutes). Thoughtful amenities, including plenty of bikes for a family! Very warm host (welcome apple pie) and helpful with suggestions about local restaurants and cafés. All in all, a rather amazing stay!

nous avons passé un bon séjour dans le logement de Cathy, très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un beau séjour. très bonne communication avec Cathy. juste un petit bémol pour la literie qui pourrait être plus confortable.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Très beau logement situé sur les hauteurs de Belley. La vue est magnifique et le logement est très spacieux propre et disose de tous les équipements nécessaires au déroulement du sejour Mention spéciale à la piscine en hauteur qui permet d'admirer la vue!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Christophe. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication, de très bons échanges. Le logement était parfait. L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. La région est sublime, nous reviendrons !

Trois journées merveilleuses dans la très jolie maison d'Aude, maison impeccable, très bien équipée en tout, salle de bain parfaite, cuisine jolie et pratique, la literie est hyper confortable, les chambres sont ravissantes, emplacement de rêve avec vue sur le lac et les alpes, très joli jardin, on ne sait plus quoi ajouter tant tout était positif, on a eu du mal à repartir ! Aude a été plus que charmante et attentionnée, flexible, rapide à répondre, on recommande absolument ! Et on espère bien revenir !

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

très bel emplacement. Saint jorioz est un très joli lieu, bien situé. Possibilités de belles promenades au bord du lac. la maison est agréable et confortable. la vue est splendide et reposante. nous la recommandons vivement. Marie Cécile est sympathique.
