Condo vacation rentals in Setúbal

Excelente localização no centro da vila com restaurantes, supermercado, transportes e praias à proximidade. Tudo sem necessidade de carro. A roupa das camas e as toalhas de um branco imaculado e a cheirar bem. Apartamento bem equipado. O único problema foi o barulho da rua que as janelas não isolam mas felizmente não é uma rua muito barulhenta. Em todo o caso, voltaríamos sem hesitar.

O apartamento era espaçoso e mto bonito. Um dos quartos tinha a banheira coberta de vidro transparente o que para um casal era interessante. A casa oferece brinquedos pra crianças e livros pra quem gosta de ler, também tinham uns jogos para nos entretermos. A piscina foi a melhor parte, a água não era mto fria e portanto era super agradável estar lá , quer de noite quer de dia . O sítio era mesmo em frente à praia então a caminhada para la também foi Simples .

Excellent apartment within walking distance of the ocean — just 10 minutes and you're on the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and the street has no through traffic, so it's a great place to relax away from the city noise. It's also conveniently close to an amazing market with a huge selection of the freshest fish and seafood. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's a lovely patio with a lemon tree — the perfect spot for breakfast. In the evening, a couple of funny little geckos and a huge snail like to visit! The hosts are wonderful and very responsive — communication was top-notch. It's also super convenient that late check-in is no problem.

as fotos não fazem jus ao lugar, muito mais bonito e aconchegante do que as fotos mostram, esta perto de tudo. a vista é os arredores são muito bonitos, a Marcela foi muito paciente e atenciosa.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce magnifique appartement d’architecte aux finitions nobles très contemporain, très lumineux,avec beaucoup de rangements,j’ai eu un énorme coup de cœur pour cette appartement et de plus le propriétaire est incroyablement gentil et serviable,je recommande fortement ce logement

Sehr große und gemütlische Wohnung im Zentrum von Setubal. Sehr nah zum Port und zu alle Kaffees und Restaurants. Gut ausgestattet. Marika ist immer gut erreichbar. Falls du Ruhe suchts ost es nicht der Ort( jeden Abend gibt es Konzerte direkt vor der Wohnung) . But that was for us no Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert.

We had a wonderful time staying at Eugenia's place. It was clean and appointed with all that you might need for your stay, and the area is peaceful with friendly neighbours. It is far from city centers but the place is right next to a convenient bus stop. I heartily recommend it!

Vi blev mødt af et værtspar med en venlighed, imødekommenhed og hjælpsomhed, som man kan forvente af nære venner eller familie. Huset var istandsat udvendigt og indvendigt af en indretningskunstner (Marcel). Vi har haft et uforglemmeligt ophold, og kan på det varmeste anbefale stedet.

Luis was so welcoming and generous, we wish we could’ve stayed longer ☺️ He made us feel at home.

ci siamo fermati solo due notti per spezzare il viaggio dall'algarve a Lisbona. Ottima base per visistare i dintorni e andare a vedere i delfini del Sado. Ottima la presenza della piscina anche se non è attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. Non abbiamo vissuto molto il "villaggio" ma mi è sembrato ci fosse tutto il necessario per un soggiorno: ristoranti, minimarket e spiaggia attrezzata.

This Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Every detail, from the cozy linens to the fully equipped kitchen, was spot on. The location was unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still just 20 minutes from Lisbon centre which has amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. We loved waking up to the natural light pouring in, enjoying coffee on the balcony, and relaxing after a day of exploring. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, BOOK IT IMMEDIATELY! When we return, I’ll definitely book again. Thank you.

Stare a casa di Heinz è stato come "essere a casa". In più di due mesi di soggiorno, ho apprezzato la comodità di una casa grande, confortevole e con giardino privato!! Corroios è una cittadina tranquilla ma offre tutti i servizi. Può sembrare lontana dal centro ma, fidatevi, è tra le più collegate del Margem Sul! Avrete l'imbarazzo della scelta per quale mezzo utilizzare! Il Fertagus, a 10 minuti a piedi (2 minuti in tram) vi porta a Lisbona passando per il Ponte 25 de Abril. Il mio modo preferito, è stato il tram (direttamente sotto casa, a tutti gli orari, ogni 7-9 minuti - stazione Casa do Povo). Arrivati a Cacilhas (che ho amato per i suggestivi tramonti a ponto Final) traghetto per Cais do Sodré, e in meno di 10 minuti sarete nel cuore di Lisbona! Scoprire i dintorni di Corroios (Almada, Costa da Caparica, Setubàl) mi ha permesso di vivere anche la parte meno turistica del Portogallo, quella che mi ha fatto innamorare di questo paese! Andate a casa di Heinz, non ve ne pentirete!

L appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage, des restaurants et avec une terrasse immense. Il y a aussi une place de parking très pratique pour y laisser la voiture pendant le séjour. L appartement et la description sont conformes, avec néanmoins une infiltration d eau dans la salle de bain qui n est pas gênante. Guilherme est d autre part très réactif.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisbon! From the very beginning, communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and welcoming – always helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is spotless, very well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet. It’s an ideal place for a couple looking for a cozy and calm retreat in the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Apartamento muito acolhedor. Espaço impecavelmente limpo e com tudo o que era preciso. O contacto foi direto com a D. Sidónia que se mostrou muito prestável, muito atenciosa e muito simpática. Muito próximo da praia, apesar que com um bebé, ir de carro é mais cómodo visto que o apartamento se encontra numa zona mais alta. Piscina em muito boas condições, com espreguiçadeiras disponíveis e muito calma. Noites tranquilas sem barulho no edifício.

Lovely stay. Sonia met us on arrival And was very helpful checking us in. Apartment had a lovely view. Was a steep walk back from the beach but we didn’t mind this but just keep in mind. There are some great restaurants near by. We reccomend tacos pexito for a chilled lunch, and Casa Mateus or O bagel for dinner. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks

This was our second time staying in sesimbra, it's a beautiful town, beautiful. beach and lots of lovely local restaurants. we were delighted with the apartment, spacious bedrooms, and living area. The pool is super and the games room a great asset. Only small criticism is the kitchen would benefit from better/fresh cleaning products, the sponges were old/used sweeping brush wasn't great, and the hoover was low performing. We like to keep the house clean each day. Everything else about the apartment is super, lots of towels, big tv, great wifi. We would recommend!

From start to finish, Teresa was most helpful. Accurate information, quick replies to questions all helped beforehand. The apartment itself was brilliant, just what we needed, and the pool was an added bonus, even though the beach and the sea were very close by (although remember Sesimbra is hilly and the quickest way to the beach is via a good number of steps!). The location is great and easy to walk (a few minutes only) to Sesimbra's town and fabulous restaurants. Really happy with our choice. Perfect!

we loved our stay at Tiago's property overall. there were minor hiccups (checking in was a little difficult, but luckily our Uber driver was able to translate and help, after that smooth sailing). The apartment has the most incredible view, breathtaking, stunning. it is walkable but not as fun with little kiddos, there is over 140 stairs going up and down to the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a concern for dresser that fell over, luckily my child was mildly injured, and I do believe they will take care of it soon. we initially planned to stay for 9 months, but we didn't just love Tiago's property, we fell in love with Sesimbra and decided to stay long term (so we had to find a more permanent living arrangement). I have already recommended his property to family and friends and will stay here in the future. Muito obrigada Tiago

Beautiful views from the apartment, very clean and has everything you need. Really comfortable apartment, Luis and Sidonia are really helpful. definitely would recommend.
