The perfect place to relax. House next to the virgin forest reserve. Both in the morning and in the afternoon, it is possible to see birds of different species arrive to eat the fruits, in addition to the little monkeys. A very inviting backyard for a conversation circle in the shade of the trees. Pets are super welcome and love our backyard. Going to the beach is easy, as the house is close to the waterfront, and you can leave your car in the yard and walk. Besides being perfect for a home office in nature.

Spacious house with great care, all rooms very well ventilated. Two floors, under a swimming pool with a deck, our yard is large and we have a refreshing shower at your disposal. Our house is located between two beaches (Setiba and Santa Monica) facing Una Square, ES. It is really close to two beaches, a distance that will not tire you out. Staying here means being sure to enjoy good beaches and make new friends and return home with a refreshed soul!
