The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

Many playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several major study sites such as NTNU.
