The House is impeccable, a new and very clean house, in a privileged location, 100 meters from the beach. The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

The house is great, exactly the same as the photos, easy access location, it has a dirt road but the road is great and less than 10min. I felt at home, very quiet place, great for those who want to rest, except that Ester (it was the one who received us) is a love of person, always ready to help us, responded quickly and an out of serious attention. You can go without fear that you will not regret it!

The host was always very helpful, responded quickly to messages and resolved everything with peace of mind, without creating obstacles. The location is great, with quick and easy access to the beach. The house has everyday essentials by the sea, such as sunshade, chairs and cooler. It is a great home for families with small children, as it has a large garden and pleasant outdoor area. Sleeping listening to the sound of the sea was a delight! As a suggestion to make the stay even more practical, it would be interesting to provide pillows and a support for a gallon of water. Although we know that the absence of the pillows is already signaled in the listing, it is worth mentioning that they are bulky items, especially for those traveling with a large family and in a small car. A warning only for future guests: the beds are Queen size and there is no supply of bed linen.

The waterfall house is charming, very comfortable and well equipped. Everything is very well maintained, the kitchen has many utensils, the space is large enough to socialize with friends and the outdoor area with the private waterfall is quite a privilege. Communication with Micheli was very easy and kind. It's worth taking time to enjoy the house's facilities. I would definitely return and recommend it. Just keep in mind that you are staying in a rural area (about 30 minutes from Iporanga) and will need to organize yourself in time and with groceries to have an experience as pleasant as the one we had. A nice and quiet place, it was very quiet, great to rest. Cida kindly answered us. It has a charming little chapel (which does not appear in the airbnb photos). Perfect Breakfast, all delicious and made with a lot of whim. Unfortunately on the date we went to the inn was not serving dinner (but it was warned to us as soon as we made the reservation), and we had to go out to dinner at a restaurant 13km away, and as it was raining it was a little tricky to pass the winding road (about 4km of solid ground road with stones) because it had fallen branches on the way. We intend to return again to be able to taste the hostel's food at the next opportunity.
