Take advantage of the summer evenings while sitting around the fire pit listening to the live music coming from Beth Page Campgrounds. From April - November you have an amazing seafood restaurant right outside the front door. This retreat is great for rainy days too! There are games & puzzles along with foosball.

House has high speed fiber internet. There is a dock with crab pots to use. Crab season Is May 15 - Nov 15. No crabs outside of those dates. Please do not use boat. It leaks. It's not safe. 7812 River road is laundromat. Use front door.

Located in Water View, Virginia this cozy river cottage lives up to the name! Beautiful sunsets, great for kayaking etc., this home is located right in Parrots Creek and opens up to the Rappahannock river. Often times in the summer dolphins and their babies visit the creek and river to feed. Paddling or boating with them is one of the best experiences! It is quiet and relaxing - feels like you’re a part of the natural surroundings.
