We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

Zelená chalupa pod Klínovcem

Tento zelený dům je výjimečný svoji atmosférou. Interiér je boutique chalupa. Většina nábytku je původní jen nově zrekonstruovaná. Ostatní nábytek jako například postele, skříně a skříňky jsme vyrobili vlastnoručně spolu s našimi nejlepšími přáteli. Na celkovou rekonstrukci jsme vynaložili spousty času, energie a úsilí. Toto místo prostě musíte zažít.:)

Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da und es ist nach wie vor eine super Preis/Leistung für die Gegend. Es fehlt einem hier an nichts. Die Kinder haben gerne mit den vorhandenen Spielsachen und Kuscheltieren gespielt. Die Kommunikation mit Jan lief auch reibungslos. Alles prima, 100%ige Weiterempfehlung.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem und bestens ausgestattet es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Lage ist ebenfalls großartig: Die Umgebung ist ruhig und angenehm, gleichzeitig ist das Zentrum nicht weit entfernt und gut erreichbar. Perfekt, um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden! Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Πολύ άνετο και καθαρό το διαμέρισμα ειδικό για μεγάλες παρέες οι οικογένειες με παιδιά … Πολύ κοντά με το κέντρο μόνο 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ο κύριος Νικόλ ήτανε πάντα διαθέσιμος και απαντούσε γρήγορα σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα ☺️

Stimmungsvolle Wohnung mit stilvoller Gestaltung in bester Lage, nur wenige Schritte von Fußgängerzone und all den berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Tolle Betten, großzügiges Bad, gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Unser Auto hatten wir unkompliziert gegenüber geparkt (gebührenpflichtig). Die Kommunikation mit Romana war perfekt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
