New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Delightful 5-star cottage

Make some good memories in this beautiful cottage, located on a large, fenced natural plot, with both shelter and fireplace. There is a wilderness bath, outdoor shower, indoor spa and sauna. The beach is only 700 meters from the house, and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches, with dunes and very child-friendly. Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Max. 8 people, 1 baby + 1 dog.

Fantastic cottage in the 1st row with panoramic views of Sejerøbugten. Located on a large natural plot with direct access to a lovely child-friendly beach. The house contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large living room and kitchen overlooking the water. The cottage is located at the end of a private road. The cottage is ideal for families with children and couples who want peace and quiet and to be at one with nature. From the house, it is only 50 meters down to the beach with perfect swimming opportunities.

Just over 1 hour away from Copenhagen, rests a little cabin on a hill. Here you will find yourself in one of Denmark's UNESCO areas with a formidable and unspoilt view of the beautiful Sejerøbugt. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
