Vacation rentals with lake access in Seia Municipality

What a wonderful little estate setting to stay at. Beautiful surroundings all around, very private & peaceful. The apartment has a great layout with spectacular bathrooms and a huge kitchen & living room area. Carlos was quick to respond to any questions. The inground pool is lovely, sadly the weather was not hot enough for a dip. Great location with a quick 90min drive to Porto. Surrounding cities within 30 minutes like Viseu.

A casa ainda é melhor do que parece nas fotos e na descrição. Grande e confortavel, com tudo o que pode ser necessario. O espaço exterior é otimo, eramos 10 pessoas e havia espaços para todos, o deck tem vistas maravilhosos onde passamos as tardes e espaço para os miudos brincarem e jogarem à bola. As camas eram confortaveis e como eram no piso superior permitam ter uma separação do barulho no piso inferior. O Carlos esteve sempre disponível, foi um otimo anfitrião, com respostas rapidas e sempre disponível. é um sitio a voltar em grupo.

We had an amazing time at Fernando’s place! The scenery is beautiful and the house was perfect for the relaxing trip we were hoping for! The locals in Valhelhas are so friendly and fun to be around. Our stay in this small village was fantastic! We can only recommend Fernando’s place!

Very charming and charismatic. The decoration was peculiar and interesting. The house was as described. Interesting sleeping arrangements, that badge the house fun.

Ficámos encantados com o espaço – é tranquilo, bem cuidado e a piscina foi um verdadeiro luxo nestes dias de calor! Foi maravilhoso poder levar o nosso cão Escobar, que também adorou o ambiente e o espaço ao ar livre. É cada vez mais raro encontrar lugares tão bonitos e que aceitam animais com tanta naturalidade. We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful little stop. The villagers were very friendly and the river was lovely for a refreshing dip. Nuno was very helpful and the place was spotless and had everything one needs

A Quinta da Abadia é um paraíso. Os alojamentos são incríveis, os espaços estão todos muito bem cuidados e os anfitriões para além de serem muito simpáticos e hospitaleiros, estão sempre à procura de proporcionar a melhor experiência possível. Por isto, recomendo a quinta da Abadia para todo o tipo de viagens, seja em casal, família e/ou com amigos. Adorei, 5 estrelas!

A Lianne é o Ricardo mostraram-se sempre disponíveis e preocupados para qualquer dúvida que eu tivéssemos, os dias que passámos lá foram muito agradáveis. O Ricardo apresentou nos todas as éguas que tinha na quinta e até nos deixou montar numa delas, a Boneca. Obrigada aos dois por nos fazerem sentir em casa.

If you like mountain views and trails this is the place for you. I believe it is the highest elevation in Portugal…6000 feet. Beautiful lookout points upon arrival. Very private and quiet for a relaxing stay. Free parking on site. It’s small village but only 15 minutes to the next closest town for more shopping and restaurants. Gabriel was very accommodating and responsive to your needs. Great place at a great price. Highly recommend.

Casa maravilhosa, com uma vista fantástica. ótima localização, sitio muito bonito e calmo. Casa super limpa e com todas as comodidades para a nossa estadia. Comunicação muito boa com o anfitrião. Nada de negativo a apontar. Iremos voltar com toda a certeza.

Wir haben unsere kurze Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt direkt am See und man ist weit weg von der Welt. Es gibt noch 2 weitere kleine Wohnungen und 2 Glamping Zelte aber es ist es einfach still und man erholt sich toll. Das Haus ist neu, alle ist sauber und funktioniert, große Fenster für eine gute Aussicht, das kleine Kinderzimmer super praktisch, das Bett mit harter Matratze, die Küche hatte Alles was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage (da Solarstrom) aber die haben wir selbst im August nicht gebraucht. Der See vor der Tür ist leider nicht klar, das Ufer Sand/Schlick und mit Wurzeln, aber war ruhig und angenehm warm sodass wir viele Stunden vom Tag im Wasser verbracht haben. Die kostenlosen Kanus, Kajaks und SUPs waren toll für die Kinder und zwei Ausflüge. Am schönsten waren die Morgen: Mit einem frischen Kaffee auf der Terrasse sitzen, den stillen See und einen einsamen Angler beobachten und einfach der Natur zuhören. Wir planen wieder zu kommen!

Ficámos duas noites neste verdadeiro refúgio nas Secarias, em Arganil, e só temos elogios a fazer! A casa está impecável: moderna, com decoração cuidada e tudo novo, o que nos transmite conforto calma e serenidade. O ponto alto é, sem dúvida, o acesso direto e privado ao Rio Alva. Ter o rio mesmo ali junto à casa, com toda a vida que ele traz, é uma experiência única e profundamente relaxante. Este sitio é ideal para quem procura paz, natureza e um contacto genuíno com o ambiente envolvente. O Luís é um excelente anfitrião. Foi sempre muito prestável e atencioso connosco. Vamos certamente querer voltar! É uma experiência a repetir!

Espaço muito tranquilo, silencioso e agradável. Casa pequena mas muito simpática. Cama de casal tem um colchão magnífico. O acesso à casa é feito por uma estrada de terra acessível mas um pouco longa.

This beautiful gite was just what we were looking for. It is located in a quiet village surrounded by beautiful countryside and stunning views.Everything was provided and extra touches made it so homely .Our hosts were so attentive but never intrusive. They respected our privacy at all times but we knew that if any questions we had they were always available. The house was delightful and so well equipped. It was so homely too and pristine.The gardens were eavall lovelv and the use of a pool was an added bonus.The peace and tranquility and an escape from reality perfect.There are lovely walks around but bare in mind it's very steep in places.A car is essential and there are alot of beautiful areas to visit if you want to see rural Portugal away from the tourist spots.From start to finish Sylvie was the perfect host in all aspects.We arrived as strangers and left as friends.We will definitely be back
