Through the large windows you can look out into the greenery from all sides. Here you can recharge your batteries with the power of nature. Absolutely CO2-free! Heat and water come from state-of-the-art renewable sources. The house is directly connected to the magnificent nature park Soonwald-Nahe and the many well-signposted hiking trails.

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Quiet holiday home on the banks of the Nahe

The lovingly furnished, bright self-contained apartment located on the outskirts is less than 50 m from the banks of the Nahe and the barefoot path. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are available free of charge.

Coronavirus info: The apartment is Corona-safe through a separate entrance The apartment is in the Nahe Valley on the outskirts of the village directly at our Avarella stud farm above our veterinary practice. It is modern, cozy and offers a great view of our valley with the pastures. To the front, a small balcony invites you to relax, facing the Nahe Valley. There are two spacious bedrooms with large closets for plenty of storage space. The dining room is furnished for 6 people.

It's about a 20-minute walk to the Asklepios Clinic. 20 minutes. We are happy to provide you with one of our private bicycles free of charge - all you need to do is bring your own bike lock. The train station is about a 5-minute walk. Surrounding shops and restaurants as well as cafes are also within walking distance.

In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
