Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with a modern shower and kitchen so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the convenience of being able to share both the swimming pond and the sauna. The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Enjoy the special flair in our small apartment "Zum Mauerwerk." Vacation, living or working on beautiful Lake Constance in listed walls and that in the oldest district of Constance - the Niederburg. The first-floor apartment is centrally located in the old town between the Rhine and the cathedral. Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

The apartment "Villa Konstanze" is located in a small side street of the old town of Constance. In the immediate vicinity are the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and restaurants as well as a variety of cultural and leisure activities. The shores of Lake Constance and the ship pier with the Imperia, the landmark of the city of Constance, are less than 300 m away.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Small and cozy is our apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 square meters), which is just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance with a swimming area. With beautiful views of the old castle park, you can enjoy a few quiet days by the lake. An indoor pool, sauna or table tennis room are also available in the house. Maybe see you soon?
