Romantic and cozy Apartment with amazing view

My cozy apartment is located in Cathedral’s Square (Piata Catedralei) and it is the best location in Arad to stay and enjoy the newly built pedestrian area. If you visit in winter, you will enjoy the full spirit of the Christmas market which is in front of the building. My place has all the necessary amenities for a beautiful stay: smart tv, wifi, air conditioning, electrical heating fireplace, washing machine, refrigerator, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, balcony with a view.

Simona was friendly and very helpful with everything. The area is quiet if you’re planning to have a rest. The only downside was a very noisy neighbour ( who was constantly shouting and swearing day or night) . I assume you cannot choose your neighbours:)). Otherwise I found Simona’s place quite nice. You can cook, iron, shower, rest or simply enjoy the view. Nearby there is a restaurant where the food is quite tasty. Overall, very good!

Sehr schönes Apartment, wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt! Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir haben ein sauberes Apartment vorgefunden. Die Aussicht ist vor allem Abends traumhaft schön! Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt! 👍 Cosmin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich zwischendurch immer wieder mal gemeldet um zu fragen, ob alles passt. Wir empfehlen es zu 100% und kommen selbst bestimmt mal wieder! 😊 Dankeschön Cosmin! 🙏

Our stay at Damians place was one of the best we ever had so far . We are planning to return with some friends, as there are two appartments available. Also, you might want to check the other accomodations on the Danube shores he owns. Communication was very good. The garden was just perfect (May-June) and we have enjoyed it very much. The accomodation was very peaceful and very clean. Personally we had just a small thing we didn't really like: the host forgot to put a bath mat in front of the shower and entered our room to do that as we were gone. Nothing happend, they are definitely thrustworthy, but we didn't really like that. There is no dishwasher, so if you are planning staying longer that might be an inconvenience. Also, if you want a new sponge for the dishes, you might need to ask for a new one. It won't be changed after each guest. The windows and everything was cleaned before a new guest checked-in. Cleanliness is the most important aspect for us. We definitely recommend.

The flat was ideal for a weekend stay in Timisoara city center for 4 people. Many interesting places at walking distance from the apartment. We enjoyed the city and the flat itself.
