A simple cabin with rooms comfortable for guest to sleep and rest after a fulfilling activity day. Located in Bum Bum Island off Semporna town, in a fishing village, not a tourist island. Not a five star resort, but a nice simple place to relax. The Sea Gypsies (Bajau Laut tribe) also lives at Bum Bum Island and if it interest you we can go visit them as well. Enjoy home cooked seafood and fresh coconut water as your meals. The villagers are mostly fishermen living a simple and happy life.

It's a pretty good water house. Although the conditions on the water house are not as good as on land, compared to other water houses, this water house is relatively good value for money. It is far from the town of Semporna, so the surrounding sea area is not polluted by the town's garbage, and it is still clear. You can clearly see the coral reefs on the seabed from the water. During the day, you can choose to go snorkeling. The water pollution can provide life jackets and other masks.Delicious dinner is provided in the evening. The only thing to say is that the dinner is slightly burnt, but everything else is okay. You can enjoy the sea breeze in the water house at night, and there will be young men and women singing until 10pm. The only thing that is slightly worth noting is that the ecology in the room is relatively good, there are more small bugs, and at the same time, the related dishes can be made more delicious. I think everything else is quite good. Anyway, it is still quite good value for money and worth recommending.

We had such a great stay at this Waterhouse. Lee messaged us ahead of time to ask for our ETA, and when we arrived (even though it was pretty late), the AC was already on and the room felt super comfortable. The staff were so kind—they helped us with our luggage, which was a really nice touch. Everyone we met, from the driver to the receptionist, was super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great, and the whole place is super peaceful—perfect for a relaxing break. Would definitely recommend!
