Completely private In-law unit with extras needed to make it cozy. Snuggled between Scotts Valley, Felton, and Santa Cruz it's near Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, 1440 Multiversity, and Mount Hermon Conference Center yet less than an hour from Silicon Valley. This place is absolutely incredible! It’s located in the mountains but not too far from town, it feels so peaceful when you are at the property and especially at Louie’s lookout. We stayed there for a week for our honeymoon, it’s within driving distance to so many special spots. Chris was awesome as well.

We had a great time in the mushroom dome. I recommend reading everything on the listing page. There is a compostable toilet that kitty explains how to use, if you’ve never used one before, though you might be a little shocked. I recommend keeping the bathroom door shut when you are not using it and keeping the bathroom window open for ventilation. Also, the spare bed downstairs most likely can’t be used by a person who is over 6 feet. It fit me perfectly. Overall, the place was well stocked. Things were clean. The patio was our favorite spot to hang out. It was wonderful waking up to the redwoods in the morning. Kitty’s property is very cute and well maintained.

Mark was a great host. The place was very clean, had all the amenities needed for 2 adults and 5 kids. Plus the kids bedrooms are downstairs and the master is upstairs. Perfect for the parents piece of mind. Quick walk to the beach, would definitely stay again.

Annie was always available to answer any question. She was very nice and we could tell she wanted us to really enjoy our stay. The views were amazing, everything was very clean and we felt right at home. I celebrated my 60 th Birthday day with Family and some friends just for a few hours and they all loved the place and some were interested in possibly staying there sometime themselves. Needless to say, I highly recommend this place. Thank you Annie for providing me a wonderful Birthday weekend.

The shower area was clean, functioned well, and gorgeous tile work, also Kris supplied plenty of welcoming snacks 😊 Grandson enjoyed Milo the friendly dog:) Thank you, Nick & Rebecca
