We had a wonderful time in this property. Everything was as described, or even better! The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, mountain views and nearby public transportation. Stéphane and Ninha were warm, responsive, and very caring, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized, from check-in to checkout. I would recommend this place without a second thought and we would not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises. Very comfortable, well appointed chalet for two. A little removed from town (a drive rather than a walk) but the most stunning views across the valley (and Mt Blanc at the end of the driveway). Hubert was a welcoming and kind host and spoke very good English. We hope to return.

Accommodation rented for 2 colleagues. No complaints: the apartment is super clean, with all amenities. It is ideally located: quiet, surrounded by nature. The views are beautiful. My colleagues were delighted and enjoyed the outdoors. As for the host: Stéphanie is very responsive, friendly and attentive. I recommend it!

We had a fantastic week at Armelle and Sébastien's chalet. Beautiful decor, comfort, all the necessary kitchen equipment and an incredible view of the lake. We cross the road and we are right on the edge of the lake where a pedestrian/cyclist path allows us to take great walks.

Katie is a very hospitable host. We really enjoyed our time at her place. Highly recommended

The place is really peaceful, the house was very clean, very well equipped there is really everything you need apart from the furniture we even found laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, paper towels, salt... Mathias wasn't there but he really planned everything for our arrival, even the plug to charge our vehicle in the evening. He even makes sure that everything goes smoothly during the stay. My kids loved the garden and all the entertainment amenities on site. The location is really great, very close to Geneva and also Annecy, the long weekend of the ascent is not enough to do all the visits because it is so beautiful. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and there will certainly be a next time for us. Thank you Mathias!

The space is impeccable. if you like hiking, when you leave the accommodation you can take a very nice quiet walk and enjoy a magnificent view. I was there for work but I almost thought I was on vacation because it's so nice, beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend it especially if you love nature and beautiful scenery.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.
