The beautiful and cozily furnished apartment is located right at the beginning of the village. It has a well-equipped kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room. The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Facilities: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sufficient dishes and pans available.

Die Unterkunft bietet ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa im selben Raum. Die kleine Kochnische ermöglicht es, einfache Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Das Studio verfügt über ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche. Ein Parkplatz steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

Modern, bright and comfortably furnished duplex apartment in a rural area. Lake Aegeri is within walking distance. Public transport connection is 100 meters away. Shopping is a 5-minute drive away. Centrally located for excursions (Sattel-Hochstuckli, Stoos, Rigi and Rothenfluh can be reached in a few minutes by car). A car is an advantage. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
