The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. In Mils (15 km from Innsbruck) stands this beautiful, approx. 650-year-old Tyrolean farmhouse. The listed house looks romantic from the outside and the mountain panorama in the background makes this gem a special eye-catcher. Inside, on the first floor, a 75 sqm apartment awaits you, which was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. In this unique place, the flair of the old farmhouse meets modern furnishings.
