Huge, traditionally furnished apartment in the heart of the Black Forest with an amazing view in the middle of nature. 110 m² (1200 ft²) with a great balcony, including a BBQ grill. The surrounding forest is only 2 minutes away by foot: an idyllic paradise for hikers and mountain bikers with endless trails to discover. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a wellness tub, a cosy living room and a dining area. The two bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed.

Auf der Butzenhöh' - Wohnen mit toller Aussicht

"Schriener-Karls-Haus" auf der Butzenhöh'. Wohnen wie vor 100 Jahren! Wir wohnen in einem alten Bauernhaus mit viel Holz ausgestattet am Rande von Hardt und bieten eine noch originale Wohnung aus dem letzten Jahrhundert an. Nostalgischer Charme, genügend Platz für die große Familie oder Gruppen, die die schwarwäldische Natur genießen möchten. Im UG sind die Räume noch niedrig (ca. 175cm h). Das Rauchen im Haus, auch unter der geöffneten Haustüre und den geöffneten Fenstern ist absolut verboten.

Schwarzwald-Traum mit Aussicht

Guten Tag, wir vermieten unsere neu renovierte (August 2024) Ferienwohnung. Neue Möbel, neue Küche, neues Bad, neuer Boden. Wir glauben, Du hast hier eine gute Zeit auf der Sonnenseite von Schramberg. Die Fußgängerzone von Schramberg befindet sich ca. 8 Gehminuten, der Kurpark ca. 4 Minuten entfernt. Junghans-Museum, Automuseen, Diesel- und Eisenbahnmuseum findest Du ebenfalls in Schramberg. Und natürlich den Schwarzwald, der zum Wandern, Biken und Entspannen einlädt. Wir freuen uns!

Ihr Feriendomizil auf der Schwäbischen Alb befindet sich in einem 2014 vollständig renovierten und umgebauten ehemaligen Bauernhof „Lerchenhof“. Die Wohnung selbst wurde Mitte 2016 liebevoll eingerichtet, ist ca. 90 qm groß, komplett möbliert und geht über zwei Etagen. Sie liegt eigentlich ruhig im zu Balingen gehörenden Ort Erzingen und mit sehr guter Anbindung an die B27.
