We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. And of course, the house is fully equiped, even for longer visits! The apartment is about 100m2, on the 2nd floor, has 2 bedrooms and a living/dining area with pull-out couch. in the bathroom there is shower and bath, toilet is separate. Abstetten is located on the edge of the Vienna Woods, 1km from Sieghartskirchen on the Bundesstraße 1. The station Tullnerfelder Bahnhof of the Hochleistungsbahn Wien-Salzburg is in the immediate vicinity and you are in about 10 minutes in the center of Vienna,also in about 10 minutes in the state capital St. Pölten.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
