We warmly invite you to stay in our quietly located, spacious, and simply furnished vacation rental. It is for 3 (max. 4) For guests, on the 2nd floor, you will find: 2 bedrooms, an adjoining toilet, a small dressing room, and the covered balcony. On the ground floor, you will find: the bathroom with shower, the small, basic kitchen and adjoining room, the living room with couch and dining table, and the hallway. In addition, you can use a rustic terrace with an adjoining small natural garden.

Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce superbe appartement NEUF de 70m2 de surface habitable comprenant 30m2 de terrasses en rez de jardin et 2 parkings privatifs. Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haut de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Our spacious apartment of 48 sqm is on the ground floor with separate entrance and south terrace. The apartment offers enough space for 2 people and has 1 bedroom, shower, toilet, living and dining room, kitchen, hallway. The apartment is located in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer area, in the beautiful wine village of Schoden, in a quiet location in the countryside. The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike and bike along the Saar. A trip to Saarburg, Trier or Luxembourg is also recommended.

Situated where the three countries Germany / Luxembourg / France meet. This spacious and quiet apartment with its private entrance through the garden, is surrounded by a rose hedge. The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The outdoor area is designed for an unforgettable and exotic stay. You can enjoy a large garden and a magnificent private pool, heated during the summer season. Our house is located in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine-growing region. Discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, and Luxembourg from here. Parking and garage space for bicycles and motorcycles are provided.

We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

Our charming cottage in Mertesdorf offers the most modern comfort after a loving renovation in 2024. On 66 m², you will find an open living/dining area with a sofa bed and cocktail armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen and a barrier-free bathroom. The bedroom with a box spring bed ensures restful nights. Enjoy peace and relaxation on the terrace with garden lounge. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking and culinary delights.
