Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Feel at home in our apartment with a large panoramic terrace. With a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, you can spend a great time here. Apartment two is equipped with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, a coffee machine and a kettle. Hairdryer, towels and linens are available. Dryer and washing machine in the basement as well as drying room, bicycle and ski room for everyone.

Perfect chalet for winter and summer fun!! Within 5 walking-minutes you have a choice of 3 cable-cars taking you up to different Ski-areas on the Schmittenhöhe mountain: the 'Schmittenhöhebahn', the 'TrassXpress' and the 'Sonnenalmbahn'. A ski-school and Ski-rentals are located here too. The bright-lounge offers you beautiful mountain views. The Chalet is on a very regular bus-route down into the picturesque town of Zell am See.
