The beautiful surroundings of Stocksee in Holstein Switzerland offer opportunities for swimming, hiking, cycling and discovering. After completion of the renovation and conversion, we offer this special apartment at a reasonable price. Particularly suitable for early risers, as you are in the middle of the action. The apartment is located in the residential/commercial building, in the immediate vicinity of the stable and milking parlor. Fresh organic milk is included. Not suitable for noise- or odor-sensitive people. Large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic living/bedroom with large couch and TV/Wi-Fi.

Holiday home on a large plot

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Quiet apartment by the lake

Welcome to our cozy apartment on Lake Nehmser. The renovated apartment is located in the annex of our family house and has been lovingly modernized. In the light-flooded living-sleeping area, a double bed (140 × 200) awaits you, which can be reached via a staircase into the attic (see photo). A maximum of one child can stay downstairs in the living-dining area on the sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen and a shower room are provided, as well as a charging station for your electric car.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Friendly 2-room apartment between the lakes

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

The Baltic Sea coast (Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Plöner See, Karl May Festival Bad Segeberg) are only 16 to 22 km away and can be easily reached by bike or car. Own bus stop at the farm. Lübeck, Bad Segeberg, Plön or Eutin are nearby. Surroundings with lakes invite you to cycle and hike. Cabin ideal for 1 to 2 people. Pets allowed!

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light.
