5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. Our panorama view apartment is situated right next to the ski lift and slopes in Falera. It is brigt and sunny with a stunning view of the valley, the village and the mountains. the stove in the living area is the center of cosy winter evenings. During summer you can enjoy a bbq on the balcony, while watching the beautiful alpenglow on the surrounding mountain peaks. The backery and cafe is rigth opposite and the supermarket 500 meters away.
