Measuring 130m2, the apartment sleeps 7 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Spacious vacation home, close to Salzburg, in nature

Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hallein can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Mozart city of Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes, and the nearest ski resort can be reached in 40 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2026, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card and mobility ticket by email.
