It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. Bright, large, beautiful apartment on the vineyard, 'hyggelig' and modernly furnished. Plenty of wood creates a warm feel-good atmosphere. With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast on the balcony, optionally a vineyard hike with Christoph, who is himself a master winemaker, barbecuing in the garden in the evening, then a sundowner from the winery - is this what you call "paradise"?

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Perfect location in the fairway of the Moselle overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. The 15-meter-long boat and amenities are of very high quality. On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. Electric grill, hot air fryer, stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher... are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.
