Condo vacation rentals in Schladming

Spent the duration of Xmas break in Freilassing as I was spending Xmas abroad this year. I was at Martina's apartment for 9 nights (23rd December - 1st January). The apartment was lovely, cosy, and comforting. The view of the mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. I had the apartment to myself and made use of amenities such as the toaster, cooker, coffee machine and kettle. There was a large variety of teas/coffees and crockery to use when cooking and cleaning equipment. I made use of the facilities and there is a Lidl supermarket nearby where you can stock up on food. I was also meeting family in Salzburg, so travelled by train into Salzburg on numerous occasions. There are some lovely towns not too far away by train, which are worth visiting such as Bad Reichenhall and Bertschgaden, where you can go on some pleasant walks and traverse up the mountains. Freilassing is a lovely town and had a community feel - some great walks nearby and a local bakery about 5 mins walk away.

We had a fantastic stay at Franz’s apartment! The place is very nice and comfy, spotlessly clean, and just a short 10-minute walk from the center of Gmunden. Communication with Franz was excellent—very friendly and responsive. The kitchen was a highlight: incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend staying here!

Tolle saubere Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Hallstatt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küchenausstattung und das Badezimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

We enjoyed our stay in Stephan’s place. He was warm and welcoming and very flexible about us leaving our luggage early. The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable and worked well for a family of 5 adults. The bus into Salzburg was easy and quick. Definitely recommend this spot!

Achtung bei der Nachkommunikation! Die Unterkunft war anfangs wirklich schön – vor allem die Aussicht war fantastisch. Leider wurde der Aufenthalt im Nachhinein durch unbegründete Vorwürfe des Gastgebers getrübt. Nach unserer Abreise wurden uns Dinge unterstellt, die wir nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen nicht getan haben – etwa das „Mitnehmen“ einer Bettdecke oder das „verdreckte“ Hinterlassen der Wohnung. Trotz bezahlter Reinigung wurden zusätzliche Kosten gefordert, ohne vorherige Rücksprache oder Beleg. Der Umgang war leider sehr unfreundlich und wenig lösungsorientiert. Schade, denn das trübt die Erinnerung an einen sonst schönen Aufenthalt. Wer Wert auf ein gutes Miteinander legt – nicht nur während, sondern auch nach dem Aufenthalt – sollte sich dessen bewusst sein.

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything. Wir hatten das große Glück, ein paar wunderbare Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Bischofswiesen verbringen zu dürfen – und sind absolut begeistert! Die Wohnung ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlfühlt. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, hochwertig ausgestattet und dabei herrlich gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzlichen Gastgeber, die uns mit großer Aufmerksamkeit und echter Gastfreundschaft empfangen haben. Sie standen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal: ruhig gelegen, mit herrlichem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und doch nah an vielen schönen Ausflugszielen im Berchtesgadener Land. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen rundum gelungenen Urlaub!

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Der Aufenthalt bei Valentin war super. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und sie hatte alles was man sich wünscht. Valentin war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und hat uns bei der Ankunft direkt persönlich begrüßt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung am Rand von Fuschl mit einem tollen Blick auf den See! Wir waren knapp eine Woche mit unserem Hund dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge in der Region. Hundebesitzer werden die grüne Umgebung lieben, die zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich eine alte Mühle, in der man ein Mal pro Woche nach Vorbestellung frisches, traditionell gebackenes Brot bekommt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

The house was as in the photos and the view from each windows is spectacular!! And from the balcony. There is a train track nearby so it's great to take pics. and lots of stars at night. The house was spacious and the structure was unique. Liked it! It was in a walkable location from the center. The kitchen had dishes, cups, cutleries, salt and pepper so it was easy to cook simple dishes. Bed was comfy. The ceiling in the shower is a bit slanted but no big issues (already described in the description). The road to the house was a bit narrow so we drove light a snail lol. Silke provided us clear instructions for check-in and check-out at the right timing.

Lena is a super host for a reason. She is kind and helpful and very proactive in her response The appartment is walkable from the HBF and has all amenities. The location is very central and walking from the river and close to great restaurants. Higly recommend it to all travelers visiting upper Austrian region. Hallstat, Wolfgang and are close by bus.

The place was great for a secluded stay with nice restaurants close by.

Anton is the best host I have ever seen in AirBnb. He was so kind abs helpful . We would be definitely cpme to his place again if we will come to Zell am See again. Really appreciated.

Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Agentur und über das Büro auch sehr gut persönlich erreichbar. Haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, die Wohnung hatte auch alles was wir brauchten.

Very comfortable. We had a parking place next to the hotel. Communication with Andreas was great all the time.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in dit appartement. Skibus voor de deur, je kan ook de faciliteiten van het hotel gebruiken. Rustige atmosfeer en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitstekende accommodatie met prima bedden, geen moment spijt gehad van onze boeking!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Lage ist ein Traum und die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt!

We have been very lucky. We loved Claudia and Claudia's apartment. It was perfect for us. Warm, cosy and with everything we needed. The village of Fuschl and the lake are delightful and well placed for trips around. Her recommendation to use the bus for Salzburg was a good idea. There is a bakery and a grocer just a few steps away. We can't wait to go back.

Had a great experience, again, with the Alpine Ski Resort, listed under Leavetown. The check-in went smoothly, got a replacement apartment after we discovered, that we don't have a balcony, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean, everything prepared. Thank you.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

Krásné, příjemné a čisté ubytování. Paní hostitelka byla velmi milá a nápomocná. Bazén byl mimo provoz, což byla škoda, ale jinak vše perfektní.
