Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Supermarkets (Edeka, Penny) are within walking distance, and a bakery is on the street. The tram is about 5 minutes on foot. The trade fair is about 15 minutes away. Parking is possible in front of the house for free. Swisslife/HDI are about 5 minutes by car, the A2 / A7 / A37 highways are about 10 minutes away.

You will feel completely comfortable in this newly renovated, spacious and unique space in the middle of the Weser Uplands. The apartment offers a large entrance area. In the next town (2 km away) there is a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a doctor.
