Bij binnenkomst voelt het als een thuis, het is een warm en heel sfeervol ingericht huis. De keuken is goed uitgerust en voorzien van allerlei benodigdheden. Mijn zoontje vond het 'nest' geweldig, het was een heerlijk plekje voor hem om in te slapen. We hebben mooie dagen gehad, de communicatie met Lieke verloopt heel fijn en ze heeft goede tips voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.

Die Unterkunft ist gut zu finden. Entspannter Check-in per Schlüsselbox. Idyllische Lage mit Blick aufs Wasser. Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt also super für Familien und Personen mit Tieren. Küche bietet alles was man braucht. grundsätzlich sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft. die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Anna Nicole ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich

We hebben met ons jonge gezin een geweldige tijd gehad in het huis. Hele mooie ruime achtertuin met genoeg dingen om mee te spelen voor de kinderen. Prachtig strand op loopafstand, Middelburg op 20 mins rijden. Huis was schoon en opgeruimd. Zou het zeker aanbevelen.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und man hat viel Platz. Die Terrasse mit Launch und hübscher Bepflanzung ist ein besonderes Highlight. Die Wohnung liegt sowohl im Ortskern als auch in Strandnähe. Ein Parkplatz direkt am Eingang (Hinterhof) ist auch vorhanden. Für uns wichtig: Hunde dürfen in Westkapelle auch tagsüber an der Leine mit zum Strand genommen werden - das ist nicht überall so geregelt. Linda hat mit ihrem Mann ein Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung: phantastische Küche (besonders empfehlenswert: täglich wechselnde, fangfrische Fischgerichte - super lecker!) und äußerst liebenswerte, kompetente Bedienung! We stayed at Parkzicht for two nights to go to our aunt's 80th birthday party in Middelburg. We loved the accommodation, very central, a 10 minute walk to the marketplace, very spacious, comfortable beds, great shower, coffee machine and very well equipped kitchen. Helena was wonderful. We arrived at 9pm in Middelburg because the train from Rotterdam took a lot longer than we expected (lack of research on our part - the train arrived on time), and were worried we wouldn't find anywhere to eat, but she recommended a great restaurant, ZanziBAR, in the market square so we were really happy, and well fed and watered. She was also very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. There were leaflets in the lounge as well. Thanks again Helena. We had a fabulous stay.

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig gelegen, aber mit vielen sehenswerten Städten in der Umgebung, die sich perfekt für Tagesausflüge eignen. Die Natur rundherum lädt zu entspannten Spaziergängen ein, sodass man auch einfach mal abschalten kann. An regnerischen Tagen war es drinnen mindestens genauso schön – die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. An sonnigen Tagen haben wir vor allem den großen Gartentisch und die bequeme Liege sehr genossen – ideal zum Essen im Freien oder einfach zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber*innen waren ausgesprochen freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Für uns definitiv eine der schönsten AirBnB-Unterkünfte, in der wir je waren – und wir haben schon einige erlebt. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wir haben zu zweit mit Hund eine tolle Woche bei Frank verbracht. Das Haus ist toll und alles ist in tadellosen Zustand. Alles war schön sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Gegend ist super ruhig. Man kann tolle Spaziergänge direkt vom Garten aus machen. Frank hat bei Fragen immer sofort reagiert und alles super lieb beantwortet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Ik heb heerlijk mogen verblijven in Patricia's en Patrick's huisje. Ik werd warm verwelkomd en ik voelde me gelijk prettig. Alles was super schoon en nog mooier dan op de foto's. Ik heb heerlijk kunnen wandelen in de omgeving en genoten van de pasgeboren vogel-kuikentjes in het vogelhuisje. Patrick en Patricia helpen je altijd, ook in de stromende regen. Bedankt Patricia! Ik raad deze plek 100% aan!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle und erholsame Woche im gemütlichen Häuschen. Super bequeme Betten, sehr ruhig, alles da, was man braucht - und mehr. Sehr hundefreundlich - nur mein altes Hundemädchen kam die steile Treppe zu den Schlafräumen nicht hoch. Das war aber völlig okay, da ich ihr Hundebett im Wohnzimmer aufstellen konnte. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Auenthalt💚

My girlfriend and I had a one night stay and the attic had such a romantic, warm and cozy vibe. Truly amazing. We decided to just make food there and hang out. I’m a big fan of plants and that made this stay extra nice and inspiring due the beautiful plants the attic has! The check in, the parking and the checkout was very easy. Also their communication was fast en spot on, everything was very clear and easy. The location was not central and we didn’t go out so I can’t say anything about that.

Du was a superb host. super friendly. She organised a breakfast delivery personally for our first morning as it was my husbands 60th birthday. Champagne and a bread basket full of delights! We had a wonderful relaxing 3 night break. The facilities were super. Hot tub, sauna, pool. The kitchen was well equipped and like new. The bed was good quality. We slept downstairs and didnt use the up stairs apartment, but had the use of the entire retreat. I loved the African inspired decor. Very stylish. All in all, a 5☆ experience. We cannot wait to visit again.

Staying with Krosje, was a great experience. Her communication and flexibility around check in was great. Krosje, went above and beyond, helping my father and I with directions and planning a cycling route, as we had our bicycles. Also she made a reservation for dinner on, our behalf at a great local restaurant. The apartment was spotless and well thought out. Thanks for a great and welcoming stay Krosje.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Der Check-in wäre sehr viel früher schon möglich gewesen, die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft blitzblank und liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit für uns schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus selber ist frisch renoviert und topmodern. Der Garten ist groß und der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Super ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit für vier Fahrzeuge direkt am Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen und können Grete und die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Always a pleasure to staying here at Kitty's place. Never any problems and we love the tiny house. Nice kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The garden is fenced off and perfect for our dog to run around. We will be back again later this year.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in het huisje van Sylvia. Wat een prachtig plekje! Het huisje is sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De zwemvijver is een heerlijke toevoeging – perfect voor een frisse duik. Ook het contact met Sylvia verliep heel prettig: vriendelijk, snel en duidelijk. Wij zouden dit huisje zonder twijfel aanraden aan anderen!

This place was worth every penny! I didn't remember seeing what floor the apt was located on (I could've asked 🙂), because I do not do heights and may have shy'd away, but I am glad that we stayed there! We clearly see why Chantel is a Superhost, from the immaculate apartment, to the unexpected doggy treats, fresh scents throughout the apt and sheets, to the super-fast internet. We felt right at home and were able to watch live TV and Netflix! She provided everything you'd need for cooking (awesome grocery store in walking distance), expresso, and more! There were a few restaurants around, but we wish there were more, like there were at the Belgium Pier (google maps it) area. Zero issues parking and it's really cheap. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better host and apt to stay at. We HIGHLY recommend!

De eerste contacten met Peter via airbnb verliepen zeer vlot en aangenaam. We verbleven een weekje in boerderijloft nr. 2 (hond toegelaten). Qua locatie ligt deze loft perfect. Enerzijds rustig gelegen tussen de wijdse velden. Anderzijds op slechts 5km van de uitgestrekte Zeelandse stranden, dichtbij leuke authentieke stadjes zoals Zierikzee en Veere, winkels en restaurantjes op 5min rijden,… je kan elke dag weer een andere kant uittrekken en ontdekken. Er is een ruime parking aanwezig en om in -en uit te laden mag je even parkeren vóór de loft zelf. De loft oogde erg nieuw en is zeer klassevol ingericht. Bij de inrichting werd er zeker gekeken naar kwaliteitsvolle materialen en comfort. Alles was uitermate proper… zelfs geen stofje of spinnenweb te ontdekken (en dat in een boerderijloft)! Alles wat je nodig hebt, is voorhanden. De gemeenschappelijke mooie tuin is ook een pluspunt en geeft toch privacy aan elke loft met dank aan de haagjes. Dit adres is zeker een toppertje!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. An einem Tag hatten wir etwas Probleme mit dem Code das Türschloss zu öffnen aber nach mehrmaliger Eingabe hat es dann doch geklappt. Die Lage ist super. Nette Restaurants in der Straße und ca 20 min zu Fuß an den Strand. Fahrradverleih direkt vor der Tür. Der Gastgeber antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr nett. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Wonderful place and lovely staff! Location is 10/10 and the interiors are also very well done, clean and comfortable. My only issue was with the bathtub - there were some red marks which looked like crayon stains and wish it could have been as spotless as the rest of the place. Definitely highly recommend!

Wirklich schöne, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Wohnung. Noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ruhe dort ist einfach himmlisch. Man hört eigentlich nur die Vögel zwitschern. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, für Tagesausflüge ans Meer, oder für den einen oder anderen Städtetrip. Ca. 15 Minuten bis ins schöne Zierikzee. Man ist auch relativ schnell in Rotterdam, Antwerpen, oder im wunderschönen Gent. Die Kommunikation mit Annelies war super! ...und nochmal vielen Dank an Buddy für die frisch gelegten Eier!
