Welcome to your charming 1 bedroom apartment in a nice area of Schaerbeek, Brussels! Located on the groundfloor of a typical 1928 house, the apartment offers 1 double bedroom with wardrobes, a separate living room, a kitchen, the shower room and a south facing courtyard. The flat has been entirely done up 4 years ago, but we kept all the typical elements: tiling, high ceilings, wooden floors etc. The neighbourhood is very representative of the authentical Brussels: multi-cultural and lively.

Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

We really enjoyed our stay at Florians apartment. It was clean, the neighborhood was calm and felt safe with a walkable distance to both Brussels Noord station and Brussels Central and to the tourist attractions. There was good information about how everything worked in the apartment and if anything was unclear, Florian answered fast. I really recommend it!

Nice spot on a quiet street with some nice restaurants and cafes nearby, & the grand palace less than a 30 minute walk. I had missed that the ceiling is incredibly low where the bed is so it’s not possible to stand, unless you’re a very small child. It also does get toasty; it was so warm my second night there (29° inside, it seemed) I opted to sleep on the lower level with the small AC pointed at me.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’appartement de Marine est tout simplement incroyable : très spacieux, extrêmement lumineux, d’une propreté irréprochable et superbement bien équipé. Chaque détail est pensé pour le confort — la literie est ultra confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut, et l’accès est très simple. On s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi, en mieux ! Mention spéciale à Marine, une hôte superbe : ultra réactive, toujours disponible, d’une gentillesse rare et très attentionnée par message. Elle répondait immédiatement à chaque question, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus fluide et agréable. Franchement, un énorme coup de cœur pour cet endroit. On reviendra très vite, c’est une certitude !
