Chalet Petzeckblick at 1544 m

This quaint chalet was designed by the owner himself and built with wood from their own forest. It combines traditional charm with modern comforts and offers a cozy atmosphere with wood-burning stove. You can enjoy the panoramic view of the Petzeck and with a clear view partly of the Großglockner. Decorated with old agricultural equipment. Ideal for nature lovers looking for tranquility – in the middle of the mountains, close to the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Holzhutte Andrea

This nature house in Mörtschach, which is 100% self-sufficient in energy, was completely newly built in 2015 and is located in a sunny, quiet place. You will occupy the detached chalet all by yourself, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very cozily furnished. From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is enclosed all around, making it also good for families with children!

Newly renovated and lovingly, modern furnished apartment, in the heart of the Austrian Alps. Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

Welcome to our holiday home in Heiligenblut. The house is situated in a beautiful location inside the national park Hohe Tauern. Heiligenblut is accessible via the High Alpine Road in summer and is a wonderful place for hiking, climbing, and much more. A supermarket is about 5 minutes away. The house is perfect for unforgettable evenings in a private setting. The sauna cottage is also available upon request.

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
