På vintern när isen ligger går man till skidbacken på 10 min eller tar bilen på 3. Fri elbilsladdning. Huset har 3 sovrum (6 bäddar) kök, 1 badrum och är vårt lilla paradis! Välkommen till insta @Frykstaladan. Den ligger 50 m från den sagoomspunna sjön Frykens södra ände. Detta unika boende har en helt egen stil som har vuxit fram under de fem år som vi byggt om ladan. Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.
